Excellent genuine hotel in the city center. Spacious and spotlessly clean. The proprietor himself is a very experienced tour guide and he is a great help in arranging tours. The staff is very nice and welcomes you every moment of your visit.

This is the place to stay if you enjoy old world charm. The bones are beautiful a cage elevator, grand front doors, worn marble steps, balconies, and floor to ceiling windows. Lively, and very nicely decorated. Beds are good, great wifi and air conditioning, and they are conveniently above shops selling snacks and cheap water. also an excellent, useful location and an easy Uber. Bathroom glass is a creative and quite nice solution. But they are really only ideal for people who are okay with seeing one another on the toilet. Maybe not for besties, work colleagues, or your dad. When we were delayed at the airport, the arranged driver was lovely and waited. And the staff wanna deserves to be rewarded for her politeness, attention to detail, and competence. The only real drawback, and the reason we only enjoyed one included breakfast, was that Mustafa grabbed us for the hardball. He wanted to change our current plans and urged us to go to another hotel so he could redesign our entire trip. he's so irritating and rude that we decided to cancel our plans to stay at this hotel once more. Just to avoid this dude. Really awful.

The hotel staff is very friendly, they arranged the airport pickup, and I also requested the morning breakfast before. And in the morning, the afa had their breakfast on time. I said, Afa, My Frag, and My Looky are very good people at the hotel. They also guided me around the city. Id certainly recommend this hotel to others.

The location and nice staff make me feel welcome and go above and beyond to answer my questions. This was by far the friendliest hotel I stayed in Egypt. It's a little difficult to locate, but this is the only downside. I hope to go back to Cairo and book here again!

In general, it's not a bad hotel, and the staff's kindness will be a significant factor in getting around the numerous flaws identified above. The hotel is conveniently close to their square, the Egyptian museum, and a few other oldtown highlights. Although the exterior of the building appears slightly worn out and is completely beyond the hotel's control, the hotel's entrance and interior are both charming and cozy. The personnel are really welcoming, helpful, and kind. The rooms are roomy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every day complimentary tea and water are available in the dining area. The windows in the rooms are not doublepaned, and a few drawbacks, so youll still be able to hear the street noise from inside. Expect toast, hardboiled eggs, jam, and a small cup of yoghurt, accompanied by tea or escape, for breakfast, which is rather subpar. The bedsheets need to be fixed because they are extremely rough and soiled, making sleeping difficult. The restrooms are an afterthought and only a corner in the room that was cordoned off by halffrosted glass, so you must be extremely comfortable sharing any bodily functions with whomever you share the room even though there was only one member on staff. We were given a room at the rear end of the hallway, where there are only six rooms, and
