It is an adequate hotel because I have visited the majority of Share el Sheikh hotels. I can compare it to the other hotels because the hotel is gigantic and large, you don't feel the crowd. The room was clean and the food was fine, however, I discovered a hair in it and when I told the manager he didn't take any action. He appeared to be in the air and fell on the food. Another aspect most of the staff were unfriendly at all and unhelpful. The waiters in the main restaurants were unfriendly as well, they just wanted you to finish your food and leave. With the exception of two of them, I kept their names in mind to mention them here because they just wanted to help and make you feel comfortable. I appreciate them for doing their best to do their work. Another feature is that while they are working, everyone on staff is using their phones and typing messages, including the chefs serving the food and standing on live channels. Which is not nice or competent, as is the cleanliness of their hands while serving food. I requested a late checkout, and as I departed at 230, I asked for coffee because I forgot to bring the main restaurant when I was having lunch, but he refused and demanded money, despite the fact that I was in an all-inclusive room. That gives you a sense of the generosity of this hotel, regardless of their guests,

Beautiful rooms. Fantastic variety of food and excellent staff. Incredible views of Sharks Bay. The animation team had a fantastic time and was upbeat even taking belly dancing lessons around the lovely pool. Everything in the hotel is immaculate. Lovely reception area where we had a drink late in the afternoon, a bar with entertainment every night, was great and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Excellent Italian restaurant, you must try lasagna. The palms restaurant on the shore is wonderful in a fantastic setting. The main restaurant serves delicious meals of very high quality. Overall, the finest hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Great food, excellent service, and a great holiday, we booked again in September.

The food here was great, with two swimming pools, and big rooms that were very clean and had a very nice view of the beach. In addition, there is a spa in the hotel, so that's ideal for a massage and relaxation.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and got extremely upset from the front desk for not providing me with a decent room with a nice view and the waste of effort and peace that I suffered trying to make them provide me a good view room suitable for my reservation. I represent a big company dealing with the hotel and my reservation was confirmed and not changed in two months, but they seem to care little about good customer service. I am very unhappy with the way they absorb the energy of the client by talking too much and trying only to get a proper room and a peaceful vacation. They offered me the worst room at the start but I arrived at 11 a.m., after seeing the offered room and asking for another room they offered a more worse room, and then the front seat staff karin referred me to the front desk manager mohamed bell, he offered a room that is a little better but not that much at 2 a.m., I waited 3 hours and I know check-in was supposed to be at 2 a.m., but from my point of view, it is a waste of time and effort trying to push them to do the right thing, and after staying in the room I referred back to the front desk at night, who replied that I had to wait for me. The kids club staff were fantastic with our 6-year-old girl who asked to attend each day. One time, one of the public bathrooms next to the pool wasnt cleaned overnight but I told the staff and they fixed it. The food was excellent it was better than most of the resort buffets we had, and the chefs would also prepare us individual dishes if requested. If you were going, you should request an antimicrobial plain from the front desk as we were on the beach and mosquitos can be a problem in Egypt. Overall, we had a lot of fun and met some very nice people. We had a great time staying here. The staff went above and beyond to be courteous, fun, and helpful. We stayed as a family with the allinclusive package. Our 6-year-old kiddo staff was excellent and asked to attend every day. There was a time one of the public restrooms near the pool wasnt cleaned overnight but I explained it to the staff and they corrected it. We enjoyed the food it was better than most of the resort buffets weve had, and the chef would also prepare us individual meals if requested.
