From the moment we walked in, Mahmoud at the reception was phenomenal, professional, and made checking in a breeze. We even told him we were hungry, so he held off our room until we went to the restaurant to grab a bite. The food, the staff, bar men, even housekeeping were all great. They pay attention to the excellent service they provide. The pool is great, and the private beach with bungalows is a one minute walk from the pool. I saw many families bring their kids here, and the animation team was very friendly and attentive with them. The cleanliness of the whole place is what really stood out in what this establishment is trying to achieve. All in all, check out this place. From now on, I will be staying at JAZ for when I visit sharm el sheikh again. Thanks again to everyone!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutto ben curato, personale gentile. A noi non interessava vedere la barriera corallina dunque non posso dare pareri. Vicinissimo all'aeroporto ma un po meno dal centro. Indicato per chi vuole tranquillità.

Every day we spent at Jaz Belvedere was fun and enjoyable. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Chocolate and Ahmed, the bartender at the bar (thank you for the piña coladas!), made our vacation even more enjoyable and memorable. We were very impressed with the food and the service. It is definitely a hotel that should be preferred. The only suggestion we have is that the evenings end a little too early. Perhaps there could be more nighttime activities and entertainment. Thank you for everything, and we look forward to seeing you again very soon!

We were honestly a bit scared after reading some comments on ebookers, and at one point I was almost sure I wouldn’t go to this hotel and would cancel the booking. But thankfully, I didn’t. Everything was absolutely fine. Everyone was kind to us, the hotel was clean, and the staff worked hard to make everything run smoothly. Everything was in perfect order. Once again, thank you very much for everything—we truly appreciate it.

JAZ Belvedere has got to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Lovely staff, spacious rooms, amazing pool and beach. Several activities such as Zumba on the beach, kids disco in the evenings, a kids club with crafts and games. Food for vegetarians wasn’t the greatest as part of the buffet however luckily the chef made sure we were fed well and cooked suitable dishes everyday. Breakfast was the best with lots of options from eggs to various types of bread, lots of fresh fruit and veg too. A pasta bar everyday during lunch and dinner was great too. Our first time in Egypt and we will definitely come back again.

We have just arrived home after a two week holiday at Belvedere it was our second stay there and it was still incredible on all points. The staff everywhere were very attentive to our every need. A special thank you to the cocktail bar staff who made our evenings (admaq Omar Mohamed Ali ) they were always smiling and happy to see us and worked really hard delivering great cocktails to everyone. Our housekeeper (Mahmoud) was fantastic, he went above and beyond to make our stay a happy and pleasurable one thank you Mahmoud. The food in the Buffet was fantastic. Tasty hot dishes, BBQ everyday outside. Beautiful fresh salads, breads, fruits and deserts we could not fault anything. The pool side and walk way between the beach was hosed down early every morning and they kept the area clean all day. The gardens are beautiful and immaculate. Great pools one heated. We would definitely come again in the future. Thank you for a fabulous stay

Questa struttura è un’esperienza sensoriale che ridefinisce il concetto di ospitalità. • Cura del dettaglio "maniacale": Non è un modo di dire. Dalla piega millimetrica degli asciugamani alla profumazione delicata degli ambienti, fino alla manutenzione impeccabile dei giardini: qui nulla è lasciato al caso. Ogni angolo è studiato per appagare l'occhio e trasmettere un senso di ordine e bellezza assoluta. • Una cucina di ottima qualità: Spesso nei grandi resort la qualità si perde nei numeri. Qui no. Ogni pasto è un viaggio gourmet. Materie prime freschissime e una varietà che non stanca mai. È raro trovare un buffet dove ogni singola portata sia così curata e saporita. • Staff: l’anima del posto: Il vero valore aggiunto. Il personale non è solo gentile; è sinceramente cordiale e premuroso. Hanno quella rara capacità di anticipare i tuoi desideri senza mai risultare invadenti. Ti senti coccolato, riconosciuto e, in un certo senso, "a casa", ma con i servizi di un hotel di lusso.
