This place is a real gem, one of the best experiences I've had in Luxor and I've been to Luxor a dozen times, I made a reservation online only a day before and when I arrived it was exactly the room I chose. the check in was very quick and friendly. The room was sparkling clean, with fresh linens and towels.. since it is front row, the view from the place is waterfront and breathtaking.. the staff was super helpful and made sure I enjoyed complete privacy, and everything felt very warm and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious.. and they were very flexible on the time even when I chose to have breakfast at noon :) They also have a new building with newly furnished one bedroom apartments which I think i might try next time for a sense of total independence.. I totally recommend this place if you're a fan of the quieter more natural west bank of Luxor.

Très chouette endroit au calme et bien entretenu, magnifique vue sur Louxor depuis la terrasse et gérant adorable et aux petits soins pour nous aider et pour nous renseigner. Possibilité de manger le soir.

We are thrilled that we spent in luxury on the West Bank, but we weren't as delighted that we visited the Nile Castle. A variety of boats, including the government boat that costs le one-way, are awaiting your passage. The blue sky cafebarrestaurant is located about 100 meters from the river bank, where you can choose a drink of your choice stella beer able and watch the sunset. The west bank's location, which includes the hot air ballons, valley of the kings, and many temples, makes it far more laid-back than the east bank. We will return, thank you, Nile Castle.

My friend, Sari, you did it perfectly! You do a fantastic job! You know why? For starters, this hotel has a 100-billion star roof from which you can enjoy one of the most delicious breakfasts or dinners while enjoying the breathtaking nile vista. Sari, the owner, is a remarkable human being and friend who will make your stay incredibly pleasant and unbearable that you would have this sort of childhood feeling of being so safe and careless as someone else is taking care of all of your problems. Speaking of the room, it is a pleasant one, with a shared balcony on every floor, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to enjoy yourself. Because it's a crime to spend the entire day at the luxury hotel without going on adventures, you don't require a lot of amenities. All in all, I must admit that I would not have had such a wonderful visit if I hadn't heard sari at first. Thank you, man! I hope you keep growing your business and remain safe in these uncertain times, see you next time!.

I guess this is a paid review, but it turned out to be the real deal. Sari and Sara are a very friendly person. They also helped us with all city and balloon reservations. Everything is perfect. Last minute, we had a third friend join us, and everything was still done for us, from the airport cab to the room. And the room! The location is perfect, right on the river and right where the ferry leaves you. Very spacious and clean. I think it's more than worth it!.

What can I say about Mohamed. Everything got off to a good start when I reserved an amazing location on airing for my husband and me. He then informed me that he would not be around but would give me his cousin's number if I required assistance along the way. I, in fact, didn't require assistance on the way, but because we had a car accident and needed to warn them it would be late, his cousin wrote me back and wrote me back without even knowing they were coming, he informed me that if you have multiple pages, you should know how to block dates since it is so simple. Anyway, I spoke with Muhammed again and he put us in a different location with lower rooms, less space and entirely not that what I paid for, it was already paid for by creditcard. He advised me that if I wanted, he could cancel and get the full refund, but he requested my cancellation, and as you know, canceling late night places ensures you never get a refund. See, ladies, think twice if you want to deal with Muhammed, theyre much nicer places with more comfortable people, mohammed only see the money and how to get there, he do not care if your comfortable so I do not recommend the villa or Nile Castle at all. I also informed you before that we have a dog, and

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is near the Nile castle. The owner, Sari, was very helpful, informed, and friendly. He gives a fair price, is fluent in English, and speaks a lot of good English. All of our family and friends will enjoy this place. The location is very strategic.

The place was ok for this price but the bed was so terrible we couldn’t even sleep one night. We had a soup there which was brought from another place and we waited minimum 1 hour for it, and this was the worst soup we ever had. We also didn’t have a good experience with the sisha. Honestly, I would not really recommend this place.

Le lenzuola erano sporche e macchiate, nel letto c’erano pelli. Gli asciugamani erano sporchi. Intorno all’hotel non ci sta nulla e l’area è molto sporca. Si sente costantemente puzza di bruciato perché briccicano la spazzatura. Di notte la zona è molto buia. Internet non funzionava mai. Era talmente terrificante il posto che anziché rimanere tre giorni come da prenotazione, il secondo giorno siamo scapati. Penso che sia il posto più terrificante dove abbia mai alloggiato.
