We had a wonderful 9 days at the Regency in late February/ early March. We paid extra to have the Regency club upgrade and we found it was absolutely worth i t. A big shout out to Mr Amr, manager of the club and his excellent team who looked after us and their other guests extremely well. Food was generally excellent not just at the Club lounge but at the main all inclusive restaurant. Choice of food was very generous and was being constantly replenished. We tried a couple of the other restaurants where you have to pay for the meal (we got a free voucher however as part of the club perks) and we were a little underwhelmed. Other guests who tried the Thai restaurant were very pleased. Bedroom was spacious and bed very comfortable. Pillows were probably the best I have had in a hotel. Bathroom also spacious but looked a little worn in places. Not everything was perfect (ac not working first night, tv remote controls not working in both rooms), but the staff were very responsive and very very friendly. Entertainment was provided in the evening but mainly targeted at the mostly Russian guests and while was not our cup of tea, but this was not high on our list in any case, though it may be for you. Some of the swimming pools were heated and were very comfortable. Their house reef makes for excellent snorkelling opportunities. Would happily stay there again.

Beautiful hotel—we truly enjoyed our stay. It was my dad’s 80th birthday, and I had booked two rooms. The manager kindly upgraded us to rooms with a stunning ocean view, which made the celebration even more special. The beach was lovely, with a gorgeous coral reef right by the shore. We only tried one restaurant on the property, which offered a local cuisine it was nice . However, the main buffet was excellent, with a huge variety of dishes and plenty of delicious desserts—we definitely gained a few pounds 🙈. The staff was very friendly. There was a lot of entertainment on the beach , Svetlana was wonderful and energetic! Thanks to her. We did Agua aerobic and stretching, and a lot of dancing in the evening! there were great excursion options. We took a day trip to Luxor and rented a boat for three hours—both experiences were fantastic. Special thanks to Gooda ( hope I didn’t miss-spell his name )for the recommendations. Next time, we’ll definitely try scuba diving!

My room was spotless and the staff was courteous and attended promptly to my needs. Made up my bed daily after cleaning. Just a touch if professionalism in everything at this Resort. Great food. If chanced, i wont hesitate to come back a second time.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to Hashem from the cleaning team – he kept our room spotless every day, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. It really made a difference in our stay and showed the level of care the hotel puts into guest comfort. I’d also like to thank Mohamed at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. He made check-in smooth, answered all our questions patiently, and went out of his way to ensure we felt at home. Last but not least, a big thank you to all the buffet staff – every meal was delicious, and the service was always kind, professional, and attentive. They kept everything fresh, clean, and well-stocked, even during busy hours. This hotel truly stands out because of its amazing staff. I look forward to coming back again soon!

The Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of the red sea was beautiful, the beaches were were nice with great snorkeling spots, and the layout of the hotel made for a nice walk in the evening. The restaurant had a large selection with good food. The spa was very relaxing with option for woman only for Muslims. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were quick to help with replacing the broken phone in the room. There was also a kids play area and lots of different pools. They also had well priced and convenient evening shuttle services to naama bay, soho square, and old market/ al Sahaba Mosque (which is a quick taxi ride to Farsha cafe). It was the perfect place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to explore and do everything we wanted to in Sharm with the help of the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa Abu Bakr for helping us with our stay.

It was a great experience. It was my first time alone as a woman to Egypte. To be honest I didnt feel lonley in 6 days. The employees kept me entertained. The waiters and cooks were great. The room cleaner Mohammad was so kind and respectfull. THANKS TO ALL MOHAMMED'S and MAHMOED'S and HAMDY the cook. They were are so friendly and kind to me. DONT FEEL LIKE GOING HOME NOW. The only thing was the status of the rooms. The beds need some renovations. What I found pity was the gym and soa. I was quite disappointed that the gym was under construction and i was not informed before booking. Further, spa is not included. You can use it only if you pay for treatment. Even treatments are very limited. On the website they didn't mention that they have no indoor pool.
