On a passé 5 nuit à l’hôtel et c’était super. Le personnel était très professionnel et en service 24/24. Les chambres sont propres, les piscines aussi. Il y’avait 4 restaurants et 3 bar on a tout testé c’est bon et propre. Très bien localisé propre du centre et du centre de la ville

- Food: good, especially the Culina restaurant (fish). Buffet restaurants (Soprano/Mediteranian) were also good, and there were some foods/deserts that were delicious. - Animation: very energetic and eager to get you engage into activities, at least the guys. Cool activities. - Internet: good coverage, there are some cold spots (no wifi), but it's rare. I got about 30/30mbps at the lobby bar and in my room. There are some outages, but quite rare, mostly in the evenings, so for video calls I used mobile data (t-mobile, like $15 for 30gb at airport). - Sports: - Volleyball: good court and good ball. Having some reflectors would be ideal, to be able to play in the evening - Ping-pong (table tennis): good table, bad rackets; they are falling apart, and rubber is non-existant. It's inside, so at least wind isn't a problem. - Billiard: quite bad tables (2) - it's all warped as it's outside. You can play, but it's not the most enjoyable game, as ball is always going to the corner. - Remote work (for digital nomads): not great, not terrible. Tables at lobby bar are quite high relative to the chair, so your shoulders/traps will ache after an hour or two. Good internet. You can work at the buffet restaurant (Soprano) when it's opened, table there is better. - Pushy salesmen: some comments say the scuba/massage guys (working for commission) are too pushy. IMO they aren't that bad. And do bargain for the price, you can get 50% off the initial price offer.

We want to thank all the staff, particularly seem, the bartender who turned out very nice and immaculately, aziz, the housekeeper who made our stay special with his personal touches and courteous manner, and also the restaurant manager Mahmoud, he was the first of your wonderful staff we met at the beginning of dinner, not knowing the procedure and where to sit, he looked after us throughout our stay. Michael, looked after us too especially when we had trouble with our phones and was always very pleasant. Nora from the spa was really helpful and we had lots of friendly chats without too much pressure although we had quite a few treatments. The beach towel man would have our towels ready before we went to pick them up and always so pleasant. A special mention to Mahmoud assistant karin who was always so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. He would have orange juice in the morning and a glass of wine and water from our chosen nipples ready and waiting. Each of your employees is very special, making it a holiday to remember. The standard and food choice was amazing, as were the variety of drinks. The chefs were fantastic. Another great asset to your hotel is the animation crew, they are all so happy and enthusiastic and completed our holiday. Their enthusiasm was infectious, particularly matrix, who was a character, to say the least. In terms of professionalism and diversity of acts,
