The hotel was overly good with a very nice beech overlooking many coral reeves making snorkelling with children a very rewarding experience. Food and beverages were generally good despite one day dinner was not that good which I believe due to crowding. I would like to express my special thanks to Chef Mr. Amr for understanding my concerns. Above all it was a wonderful stay during my vacation with my family. Thanks for all the staff .

This was our second time staying at Prima Life, and we were even happier than the first! The Food Experience: The culinary care here is truly exceptional. While we had a few remarks about the food on our first day, the head chef, Mr. Ibrahim, personally contacted us to hear our feedback and immediately solved everything. Because of his incredible attention and care, the food for the rest of our stay was absolutely outstanding! Every meal had an extremely nice, wide variety of dishes, and the taste was excellent. A special shout out also goes to the awesome pizza served right on the beach. it was absolutely delicious and a daily highlight! Finding a head chef who cares this much about guest satisfaction is rare and deeply appreciated. Check-in & Room: Our vacation started seamlessly. We arrived at 11:00 AM, and the check-in was so quick that we were settled into our room in less than an hour. Staff & Service: The staff is wonderfully cooperative and attentive. Any time we had a remark or needed something fixed in the room, it was handled immediately. They truly go above and beyond. The Sea & Snorkeling: The sea is marvelous and pure. It is honestly one of the absolute best snorkeling spots among all Red Sea hotels. You don't even have to swim out far—the water is so crystal clear that fish swim right around your legs while you are just standing near the shore! Overall: We had an extremely happy stay. "Bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt und definitiv nicht der letzte! Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Der Service beginnt schon bei der Ankunft mit einem herzlichen Empfang, Kofferservice und Begleitung aufs Zimmer. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, sehr lecker und praktisch rund um die Uhr an Pool und Strand verfügbar. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, bietet Liegen, Getränke und leichte Animation (z.B. Wassergymnastik). Ein riesiges Lob an das gesamte Personal (Rezeption, Kellner, Roomboys): Alle sind extrem freundlich und engagiert. Auch das Spa kann ich empfehlen sehr nette Leute wo man richtig entspannen kann. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und bieten viel Platz. Wir kommen wieder!"

Hotel is not the newest but is reasonably maintained and kept clean. The location with sandy access to the sea and coral reefs just offshore is superb. Sunbeds were never a problem. Unlike many similar hotels the food is actually very hot from the Bain Marie’s - there are also hot plate, BBQ and Pasta freshly cooked stations giving a great selection of food to choose from; as common to Egyptian hotels the fruit selection is limited, but there is plenty of what there is. Four speciality restaurants, Soho and Exclusive venues being particularly good, set off the food scene. The staff are friendly, Bassem on reception along with his colleagues are efficient and responsive; overall good value for money.

One of the best vacations I have ever had! ❤️ Prima Life Makadi is truly an amazing resort. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. A special thank you to the wonderful front desk team, especially Ashraf and Assem, for their kindness, professionalism, and always being ready to help with a smile. 😊 Huge thanks as well to Abanoub at the pool bar, Abdel Hamid at the beach bar, and Mamdouh. They were all incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent and very diverse. The thing I loved the most is that food is available almost all the time and everywhere! Whether at the beach, the restaurants, or the pool area, there was always something delicious to enjoy. 🍔🍕🍰🍹 The animation team was fantastic! A special shout-out to Rana, who was absolutely wonderful, energetic, and so sweet. She made every activity more fun. ❤️ There are so many activities available right inside the resort, including boat trips, parasailing, diving, and much more. You really don’t need to leave the resort because everything is available there. The Eid celebrations and parties were absolutely incredible! The atmosphere, entertainment, and organization were beyond amazing. 🎉🎊 I highly recommend Prima Life Makadi to anyone looking for a perfect vacation. The resort is beautiful, the staff are outstanding, and the overall experience was unforgettable. In fact, I extended my stay for three extra days because I simply didn’t want to leave😍😍

Staff was very helpful and supportive starting from the reception guy Mr.Ahmed Mahmoud to the house keeping guy Moustafa to the guards at the beach.Food was good with different varieties, the animation team was very good with lots of kids activities. All good here - no problems of any kind. Lots of frendly staff.Well kept gardens. 8 bars - can get a drink at anytime. Fine food selection - you will not go hungry here. Large rooms with 2 double beds and bath robes. Safe beach - you can view colorful fish just by walking out to the coral - large pools with no fight for sunbeds. Isolated - apart from other hotels just desert outside. We never left the resort and will be happy to return.
