We've been to Siva 20 times, list counted now! We booked two weeks and had a wonderful time, so our travel agency extended it for us by another two weeks yes, the hotel is a little old but clean, good food and hot. The staff here are so friendly and provide good service, they do not hold out hand or hang around for a tip. However egypt is where tipping is the norm, remember the staff is on very low wages. I'll definitely be back.

We visited the hotel for the last time in 2020, the beginning of Couid. We had to leave early and were unsure of our return date. And I am happy to report that we did get back in March 2022. The hotel itself may use some tac. A small touch of paint here and there. Bathroom maintenance as well. Dont get me wrong, the place is spotless and the personnel do a great job cleaning everywhere. The room ladies armada are always friendly, and there are always beautiful towel decorations and extra water waiting in the rooms. Even the guys who maintain the toilets and make sure they are fully equipped and clean always smile and say hello to you. The female cooks prepare a beautiful omelet and scrambled eggs to start the day, and the chef in the evening would always make me feel special with a decorated plate of food. The guys on the beach, the best beach in Hurghada, always make sure you have a refreshing drink, whether it is alcoholic or not. The guys on the terrace bar serve coffee and pancakes and always remember our drinks. And then theres said hussain, aziz, and all the young men running around serving drinks in the lobby bar all night, they really make you feel special and make your stay enjoyable. Not to mention the reception staff who patiently helped us with the locator forms and printing them off. Can

The gardens are very nice, as is the beach. They didn't care about my satisfaction. There are two types of personnel who work well. Small minority who are well trained and genuinely care about their customers and larger number who are passive aggressive and don't have any training on how to behave with customers who have already paid for their services. The problem starts when I am talking with the staff, there are two types a few who are well trained and genuinely care about customers, and the big majority who are passive aggressive and don't understand how to behave with customers who have already paid for their services

I've just returned home after our visit. The food was delicious before, but it had much better. Overall, the staff is pleasant. The grill bar manager was outstanding, as were the terrace bar guys. Our room cleaner was excellent. The hotel appears to be a little worn out, but it is still enjoyable. The alcoholic beverages aren't the finest, but that's common in Egypt, so we take our own bottle and just order the mixer. There is no favoritism of nationalities there as we've found in other Hurghada hotels, and this is one of the reasons we return, but where's the English flag? Still a beautiful place, but because the pool is so windy, nobody wants to sunbathe with a few drinks they couldn't put down. Our beverages were exploding everywhere. Lunch at the pool grill is delicious. Bring a kettle and hot drinks if you like morning coffee etc. on your balcony. Although the hairdryer is in the bathroom, it is not powerful, and an extension cord is also useful. When the hotel is busy, there was only one lift operating every week, which is problematic. Also, take a loo roll because there is never always enough. We were on the top level, so if you can, choose a lower floor. We lucked out, and it was the perfect place to unwind
