Nil nehrinin dibinde , akşamları ayrı sabahları ayrı bir zevkti, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Otelden havalimanına 300 mısır paundu ödüyorsunuz, uber gerçekten çok kullanışlı ve uygun orada. Sakın havalimanından taksi ile gitmeye kalkmayın çok pahalı. Havalimanında ortak wifi ağı yok maalesef, o yüzden telefonunuzu ona göre ayarlayın. Ben kızımla geldim , eşimlede geleceğim , kesin bu otelde kalırım , başka yerde kalmam

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the entire experience felt easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was great and made getting around very convenient. Room service food was also really good. Overall, this was my favorite hotel during our Egypt trip and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Staff and super helpful. Location is super central but also shielded from noise etc. through being at the end of the island. Breakfast and drinks on the river terrace are great Wessam was amazingly helpful and it is no surprise that he has been at the hotel for years. I always find this hotel welcoming and simply better than other 5 star hotels in Cairo. The hotel is a great credit to the Sofitel brand.

Stayed at the Sofitel Zamalek and overall had a great experience. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast buffet at $30 was fresh and varied, and the location is fantastic—safe and convenient. A heads-up: airport transfers are now $110 USD, which is way overpriced—Uber is a much better option. Prices across the hotel have gone up, and the online menus aren’t updated, so be prepared for that. Despite that, the service and comfort made it a solid stay.

Our recent stay at Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. The location is outstanding, set right on the River Nile with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere despite being in the heart of Cairo. Waking up each day to this setting was a real highlight, especially with the magnificent view from our room where, on a clear day, we could even see the pyramids in the distance. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and highly professional, always going above and beyond with impressive knowledge and attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, all fresh and beautifully presented. The hotel throughout was spotless—very clean, tidy, and extremely well maintained. The pool area deserves special mention. It was immaculate, with pristine water and surrounding areas that were exceptionally well kept, clean, and tidy. It provided the perfect place to relax and unwind by the Nile. Dining at Kebabgy was a highlight, with outstanding, authentic food. A special mention also goes to the team at Club Millésime Lounge for their exceptional service, afternoon tea, drinks, and snacks. A memorable stay—we would highly recommend it.

Room was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly, and they brought us whatever we needed. We even needed a doctor during our stay and they have one on site who came to our room and also provided the prescriptions he wrote instead of us having to go to the pharmacy. And even on top of that, when we did end up needing the pharmacy, the hotel coordinated deliver that came within 30mins. Amazing. We also had a special anniversary dinner that the hotel Egyptian restaurant went all out to make such a special event with a peivate gazebo on the Nile, complete with flowers, candles, a heater for the chilly night, and a special anniversary cake that was delicious. We had such a great time. I would highly recommend. Very personal service. We were. Treated as VIPs the whole time!!
