From the very first day, we were welcomed with a smile and felt that the entire team genuinely wanted us to feel at home. Although the team is very young, we were truly impressed by their kindness and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. They were always available to help us with anything we needed, including arranging several activities through the hotel, all of which went perfectly. People are what make the difference, and without a doubt, this team was a very important part of our trip. Thank you all for your attention, kindness, and willingness to help and for making us feel so welcome throughout the entire week. A special thank you to Ahmed, Nader and the rest of the team. We hope to return one day. Until next time! Note: Don’t miss the rooftop at sunset — the view is absolutely worth it!

The staff was very nice helpful and accomodating They helped with tours and transportation The bed was comfy with a balcony and view of the pyramids The lunch was outstanding on the top floor outdoors with a full view of all the pyramids FWI the free transportation they mention for a specific time frame is for only one way To get to the airport is $30

The hotel’s location is excellent, with the pyramids just 2 km away. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted in arranging tours. I especially appreciate Omar and Abdul for their outstanding service.

The room at this place is clean and the front desk is friendly. Breakfast is great. A free water bottle has been provided. Good to have a microwave and small refrigerator in a room. Have stayed 5 nights. Drs . Syed & Emolyn Hussaini.

Rooms had some signs of wear and tear, but were kept clean and tidy. Daily inquiries if I wanted my rooom clleaned. As the hotel lies along a quite busy street AND traffic in Egypt is VERY noisy, some noise in the rooms facing the street is unavoidable (I was prepared with ear-plugs, and that worked fine with me). I must commend the friendly an service-minded staff. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I will also reccomend the trips arranged by the hotel. I had a very knowledgable and nice guide ("Hime") and competent driver(s). They made me feel as safe one can be in the traffic maelstrom of Cairo(!) I had a great stay and can reccomend the hotel to anyone looking fra a nice and safe base for adventures in the Cairo /Giza area.
