Vi hade den mest fantastiska semestern på The V Luxury hotel. Personalen var riktigt trevliga, hjälpsamma och serviceinriktade med ett leende. Receptions personalen lyssnade på oss och fixade allt så vi fick ha en trevlig semester. Rummet städades rent varje dag och allt fanns på plats. Vi blev uppgraderade till panoramic suite med en fantastisk havsutsikt. På huvudrestaurangen finns massor av mat för olika smaker, grönsaker och frukt samt en trevlig efterrätts bord. Vi blev uppvaktade av kökschefen Moustafa som frågade varje dag om vad vi tycker om maten. Stranden var riktigt fantastisk, Havet såg härligt ut med lång grund som passar barnfamiljer. Det fanns mycket plats på stranden men vill man sitta längst fram måste man komma tidigt, tyvärr bokades de bästa platserna tidigt på morgonen. Stort poolområde med mycket plats och vattenrutschbana för barnen. Trevlig underhållning med träning på dagen och musik på kvällen. Jätte trevligt animation team. Ett stort tack till discojockeyn, Mariam och Esther som uppmärksammade vår bröllopsdag och firade oss. Sista kvällen var det egyptisk tema på middagen med grill och egyptisk mat och musik och alla var nöjda och glada.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, which made us feel relaxed right away. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt warm, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. We would definitely love to come back again!

Exceptional Stay Feedback My recent stay at The V Luxury Resort Sahl Hasheesh was truly outstanding. From our arrival, the staff welcomed us warmly, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail that set a positive tone for our visit. The check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing us to quickly start enjoying the resort’s amenities. The accommodations were elegant and comfortable, with the room being spotless, beautifully decorated, and offering stunning views. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked minibar, added to our enjoyment. The resort’s facilities were excellent. The swimming pools were clean and inviting, and the spa offered a peaceful retreat with expert treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. Dining at the resort was a highlight, with a great variety of cuisines, all expertly prepared. Each meal was memorable, thanks to attentive service and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The hospitality from all staff members was exceptional. The room was nice clean and spacious, you can see the luxury as soon as you enter, the staff were very helpful and friendly, pools were big but I complaint is that the biggest one wasn’t heated, beach was right next to the hotel making it a plus but overall I’ve really enjoyed the experience

İlk girişimizde odamızın manzarasını beğenmedik.resepsiyondaki Meryem hanım hemen yardımcı oldu güzel manzaralı ve fazladan bir yatak olan oda ayarladı. Otel yeni olduğu için odaları gayet ferah ve temiz. Otel personeli son derece güleryüzlü, sürekli bir şey ister misiniz diye soruyorlar. Odaların rutin temizliği çok iyi. Ailecek gelip tercih edebilirsiniz.Sahilinde kıyıdan biraz uzaklaşınca mercan kayalıklarında rengarenk balıkları gözleyebilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki barı 24 saat hizmet veriyor. Yemekleri gayet güzel ve çeşitli. Aquaparkında çocuklar çok eğlendi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Ein schönes Resort mit toller, gepflegter und sauberer Anlage, nettem Personal, leckerem Essen, sauberen Zimmern und guter Unterhaltung. Hier und da hat das Resort eine kleine Auffrischung verdient. An manchen Stellen sind kleine Baustellen, was für Modernisierung und Reparatur steht. Man darf sogar das Nachbarhotel Pyramisa inkl. Restaurants und Bars mit benutzen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
