I stayed at this hotel with my sister and daughter, the staff at this hotek are very kind and helpful the location is greay everything is close by. The breakfast is delivered. The staff where veey welcoming aswell. Definitely stay here again if i come again.

Hotel bem mantido, com limpeza constante nas áreas comuns e nos quartos. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem e o ambiente é confortável. A entrada é bem organizada e o hotel demonstra um bom nível de segurança. Os funcionários são simpáticos, prestáveis e organizados. As facilidades oferecidas atendem bem às necessidades e a possibilidade de reservar passeios e viagens através do hotel é um ponto muito positivo. I noticed the cleanliness immediately upon arrival. Everything looked fresh and tidy. Room service was done properly. The hotel is located in a prime area. Easy access to public transport. Staff members were very kind. They were always available to help. Communication was clear and polite. The room was comfortable and practical. I slept very well during my stay. Breakfast was enjoyable and fresh. Morning service was efficient. Overall atmosphere was pleasant. Great value for money. I recommend this hotel strongly.

Very clean and organized hotel. Room and bathroom were spotless. Daily cleaning was excellent. Location is perfect for tourists. Close to many attractions. Staff were friendly and respectful. They provided excellent customer service. Any issue was resolved quickly. Room comfort was impressive. Air conditioning worked smoothly. Breakfast quality was good. Food was fresh and well served. This is an excellent hotel in the middle of origional cairo. Buildings in this area are quite old and sometimes nasty. This is not the case here. The building was remodelled nicely, and the facilities are quite good. One has to manage expectations here because this is a historic area of the city and the buildings typically lack what you might expect in newely built hotels. This building probably was built in the 1800s. Location is wonderful. Off of a main street which gives the rooms quitness and ability to rest at night. Im writing this review after my fourth stay at the hotel over a period of 5 years. The quality of the services qnd rooms stayed the same. Good overall without issues. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Accomodating for all your requests. Their airport transport is very reliable. Highly recomend Valencia to anybodybvisiting cairo for whatever purpose.
