The resort is very clean with nice friendly staff and the food is very good. We traveled with my parents and my 2 teenagers and they enjoyed the pool and the nice resort. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful, but all too short stay here. The pool and pier are beautiful, as are the lake views. The breakfast and restaurant food delicious. Fabulous, friendly and hardworking staff. We were given an early check in which we appreciated. Hot shower Beds were comfy . The only negative is that the pillows could be better quality. Would love to come back.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Lago Coatepeque! The staff is so welcoming and the hotel’s slogan is to treat every guest like family. My grandmother, mom and I definitely felt like we were staying with family. Josue is one of the staff and is so knowledgeable about coffee. Make sure to ask for a coffee tasting with him! The owner of the hotel, Daniel, is the sweetest guy. He along with Josue took us on a coffee tour at his finca where we saw coffee trees, mangos, limes, avocados and more!! This is a wonderful place to relax and recharge. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was great incredible property unfortunately we didn’t have the time to really enjoy it strongly recommend it amazing over all , Johnathan was very attentive safe and secure great views of the lake with all the whistles that anyone can ask for.

It is a very nice set up with he pool and the lake. There are kayaks and paddle available for free and you can rent boats and jet skis on site. The food was good. The room were clean. We had a great time.

The hotel is clean and decor is minimal, but comfortable.The hotel restauant is great, very good food and drinks! Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The views of the lake from our room and deck (room 2B) and dining area are fabulous! Beautiful lake!.The only down side is this hotel is very remote and the roads that lead to it are very rough - all dirt and very far from the main road. Some Ubers did not want to drive to the hotel. However, the hotel did provide transportation for a fee.

The seafood soup was delicious, and the pupusas were great, although they had an excessive amount of cheese compared to the chicaron. The hot chocolate was amazing. The breakfast was solid, and the alcoholic drinks were great, especially the pina colada. It would be nice if the property had a gym.
