One of the best hotel in Malabo. Great and quiet located 20 min drive from the city. The hotel has it’s own little treasure island which you can reach by a pedestian bridge from the beach in front of the hotel. At the back the is a huge golf course located into a beautiful rainforest! The staff are very friendly snd helpful

For sure the best hotel in Malabo where you are have a beautiful rainforest and a golf course at the back and a beach in front. There is also a small island connected to the resort beach by a pedestrian bridge. The island has it's own small rainforest.

Excellent hotel except it is in the middle of no where, getting into town was very easy if you had your own transportation. No taxis . Occupancy was very low. Great private beach and golf course. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was great and since our flight was at 8;00 pm we were allowed to stay without any extra charge

Piece of Paradise in Bioko Norte. Hotel and facilities were beyond my expectations. There is a private beach with direct access to a small island. They gave us a room with fantastic sea view plus Mount Cameroon. Staff was really friendly and helpful in all areas (fluently in Spanish, French and English). Food was great at the restaurant and in-room service. Simplemente una estadía inolvidable.

Nos encantó el hotel, esta muy bien cuidado y las habitaciones son muy comodos. La piscina estupenda con excelente servicio, se puede tomar en el bar de piscina cócteles y algo para picar. Muy buena para los niños. Lo que más nos ha encantado es la calidad de comida que aquí es bastante difícil encontrar el nivel europeo pero en el hotel es extraordinario. La única pega es que tienen que prestar más atención a la limpieza de la playa. El resto esta todo tal como debe de tener un hotel de 5 estrellas. Muchísimas gracias a todos del servicio para hacer una estancia muy relajante.

I made the decision to go to the Sofitel Manila Hypnotherapy center. I am incredibly specialized about my treatment because of the pain from a shoulder or back injury. I visited the spa a few weeks ago and dahlia as my therapist for a 60 minute massage. I was so amazed that when I returned, I noticed she was not available, and they assigned Juan for the 90-minute treatment. I was as pleased with her ability to locate the knots as I was with her ability to recognize where the knots were. She checked in enough with me to ensure that the pressure was adequate but not too much that it interrupted the relaxation. I wish I had known sooner what a fantastic massage therapists this spa had on staff. I would undoubtedly scheduled more appointments. Thanks to a wonderful team!.

I liked this hotel, especially the staff at the front desk. The cleanliness was adequate, and the food and drinks were above average. With the help of my friend, I was able to complete my job in time. Thank you he was wonderful.

In Malaysia, the sofitel hippo is really outstanding. From the spectacular view of the ocean to the multilingual well-meaning staff. Many and special thanks to Ms. Yolanda for her excellent service and care. I'll also remember my friend el piero and the other tall lady at the front desk who gave us such a warm greeting. hippo, thank you. You made my trip wonderful. Keep up the good gracious service.

Even though the hotel was full because the new year package was incredibly affordable, the staff was well-organised and up to the task. The food was generous as usual, and the Christmas decorations were lovely, and the children had many fun splashing around the pool and beach after a long time of lockdown. We appreciate the entire staff's assistance, and the hotel manager did not hesitate to bring and heat our baby's food himself when he saw me waiting, which I greatly appreciated. We intend to stay on the weekends as it's the best place you can have with your family.

Hotel liegt ausserhalb der Stadt, direkt umgeben vom Strand und Golfplatz. Sehr schönes Setting, tolles Essen, Zimmer gross, Service freundlich aber laaaaaaaangsam. Achtung: wollten zunächst Bezahlung vor Ort obwohl Zimmer bereits bezahlt war.

A very nice hotel with it's own beach and (small) island. It is 20-30 miles from the city on a six lane(!) excellent highway that is deserted. We had an unpleasant encounter with some drunk police who pulled us over on the way back to the hotel one day, but our local contact who was with us spotted their boss and after some discussion involving getting higher ups involved, we were sent on our way. There is what appears to be a nice golf course (didn't play), but I did play tennis one day. The courts were covered with rocks; staff came out and swept them from one court so we could hit. That took 15-20 minutes as all they had were small brooms. Like all other hotels aimed at travelers, it is surprisingly expensive. It has a nice buffet breakfast with good variety, but it's ~US $25 and dinner can easily top $40 (good quality, but not great). Given the size, it is a bit eerie how empty the hotel seems with only 0 - 3 other guests at breakfast or dinner, or at the pool or beach. The water in the ocean is bathtub warm and very clear. The staff was friendly and maybe half spoke English OK. Check in took a long time because they had some trouble accessing Expedia reservations some member of our group used; no trouble with our Hotels.com. Check out went better. Housekeeping was hit and miss with bathroom supplies. Some days they changed the towels, some days they took towels and didn't replace them. Same for soap. 1 out of 2 times they came after I asked at the desk for towels.
