The door of my room had damage on the inside; that needs work; everything else was perfect.

Very well located and quiet hotel - beautifully restored old monastery. Rooms were simply decorated but high quality and extremely comfortable. Staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Restaurant and breakfast were excellent.

This hotel is amazing. Lovely rooms, fabulous thick walls, tastefully decorated Lovely courtyard to sit and drink coffee with large umbrellas to shield from the sun 🌞 or rain ☔️ Food looks amazing although we didn’t eat in Gym is very limited Spa looks great although we didn’t try it out Staff are the nicest, friendliest and helpful people ever

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, I forgot my plug adaptor so they leant me one for the entirety of my stay. Lovely rooms, spacious, comfy bed and nice bathroom with powerful shower. Nice and quiet. Restaurant was excellent, I had the rabbit and the seafood pasta and it was delicious

Clean room. Excellent bathroom. Bed comfortable and crisp. Blackout curtains great for June travel. Breakfast was good. Our stay didn’t overlap with restaurant dinners, but staff was helpful with suggestions.

The staff, room and breakfast were all outstanding. Excellent location enough away from the crowds that you felt that you were is a pocket oasis. Couldn't have been more pleased with the total package.

Absolutely loved our stay! Very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to all we encountered. Perfect location - quiet street but easy walk to everyplace we wanted to go. Rooms were clean and quiet. Spa/sauna area also clean and relaxing. Lovely little bakery across the street. We had the six course chef selected dinner one night. It’s a beautiful spot, separate from the breakfast area and was delicious.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location! Safe, close to transport and super central. Only things that would be even better is complimentary access to the spa / not needing to give notice and if there was a lounge for the evening rather than just the restaurant - other than that - wonderful!

Friendly, helpful staff. Extra clean room. Best location for visiting Old Town. Historical property. Fantastic restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Guest discount for set-course dinner. Spa at affordable price. Air conditioning required some attention which staff promptly provided. Overall a great property with the best staff.
