Everything was excellent; the staff is so friendly. Breakfast is good with a wonderful view of the city. Only minor issue: the driver for the airport pickup service delayed around 30 minutes to pick me up.

VERY friendly staff. I stayed 3 weeks had no complaints except for occasional very minor glitches … normal for that duration. Those were addressed instantly. Room soon felt like a comfortable and familiar “nest” in Addis. Two restaurants were better than most external restaurants. Recommend.

The staff were warm and welcoming right from the entrance. They assisted my mum and me with her luggage, and check-in was quick despite a temporary power outage, which was beyond their control. The room was a comfortable size for two, and overall, we had no issues.

Everything works for me except that the Elevators are two small boxes for the entire building. I stand 12 minutes to get into one. Just pray there is no fire or emergency that you need to get out of that building fast. Otherwise, I like the service, cleanliness, and everything else.

Un bel et propre hotel. La décoration des chambres est superbe et les matelas sont fermes (important pour les dos fragiles comme le mien). L'établissement dispose d'un bar/restaurant sur 2 étages qui est festif en soirée et agréable pour le petit-déjeuner ou déjeuner. Le personnel est agréable et sait se rendre disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande.

I had a wonderful stay at Monarch Hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff very pleasant and helpful. This made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has several restaurants. I liked the 360 restaurant that has a great view and is always lively in the evenings. I enjoyed the diner and drinks there on several occasions.
