My recent experience makes me feel compelled to let others know that I like writing negative reviews and it should be reasonably bad. I recommend Hexagon as a wonderful place to stay when visiting and departing the islands or elsewhere. Safe so we believed, quiet, clean, relaxing, and rooms very suitable for our needs. It is so convenient to supermarkets, restaurants, socializing locations, cafes, pharmacies, shops, movie theaters, etc. However, on November 16-17, 2019, we returned from the Mamanuca Islands for a few days of downtime because of our usual experiences and expectations. A group of locals, allegedly from a large fiji government department, arrived en masse with enormous amounts of alcohol. Due to the group who claimed to be from a large fiji administration agency came en masse with a lot of alcohol. We were deprived of our much needed sleep due to this group being in the pool all night, drinking substantial amounts of alcohol and food in the pool, swimming in their clothes, loud music, screaming, spitting from the upstairs rooms, and creating nuisance all around the hotel. During the early morning hours, we approached security and night management three times to make something which nothing was actually done. The service was above expectations and the staff was friendly. I really love the location of the hotel as we have all access to all the allocated areas. Thank you so much hexagon and hope to see you again at the same time this year.
