We stayed at the hotel for two nights while it was very hot outside. The air conditioner was a little noisy but otherwise kept the room nice and chilly. Children's bunk beds don't have proper rails so they are safe. Our kids thus slept in our bed, which made it a bit crowded. We liked that the rooms weren't cleaned automatically during our stay. We also would appreciate the option to recycle. We arrived late in the evening, and there were no lines at the front desk. There was also no problem finding a free parking spot for our car. However, there could be better signs in the parking lot where you can find the reception. There were a few lines at the breakfast buffet, but there was a lot of seating. It would be lovely if the hotel could discount the spa in the same building. This time, we did not go. Because of a lack of time and the high price.

The room was nice. I recommend arriving at the hotel before the usual rush hour 45 pm, otherwise, you might have to wait a long time to check in. Surprisingly, the same issue when checking out the morning. I recommend using the self-service point in the lobby and installing the application on your phone, which you can use to manage e. I. Checking and checkout easily. Breakfast is served in groups every half hour, and the time to go to breakfast must be decided upon check-in.

If you remember to indicate your car registration number at the front desk at checkout, parking in the adjacent parking lot is included in the price of the hotel room. I advise arriving at the hotel before the normal rush hour of 45 pm, otherwise, you may have to wait a long time to check in. The same issue occurs in the morning when checking out, surprise! I advise using the self-service kiosk in the lobby and downloading the application on your phone, which you can use to manage e. I. Checking and checking as swiftly as possible. Every half hour, breakfast is served in groups, and the time to go to breakfast must be determined upon check-in. The room was nice.

The hotel's rate for a night and the spa in the next room was a comfortable 200. And then, the employees were hospitable and seemed to pay attention to our input. Subsequently, the time we had to wait at the lobby was rather long. The last point is that our reservation was a four-star hotel. The spa and hotel complex are two distinct entities, so we will need to pay for the spa separately. After all, the visit went smoothly, and I'd say the hotel is a premium for a deluxe hotel in Finland. I'm unsure if I'm still using their services or if it's preferable to stay in another hotel close to the spa? The next point will show me that. I suppose we're at the hotel, which offers four-star accommodations. Sadly, I was wrong. Following that, we had a free barkconcert in the evening and the first in the morning. The remote control's batteries were dead, and the we seats weren't heated. Now, I'll hope these observations make it on their tasklist. After a good trip, I'd say the hotel is a mid-range hotel in Finland.
