Everything was absolutely perfect! Very cosy and comfortable rooms, great design, very friendly staff. Excellent fitness area, wonderful food. Sauna was a little bit too expensive. Private whirlpool was truly hot, we used it every morning. We can recommend this hotel 100 %.

I loved this place so much. The room was incredible and the staff was amazing. I was a solo traveler and stayed here for one night. The drive from Levi center was good, it was dark but it was nice and felt safe driving through the snowy roads. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend this place.

Tivemos uma estadia incrível. 2 noite em Janeiro e em ambas visualizamos a Aurora boreal. Foi surreal. Tivemos um pequeno problema, que a equipe resolveu prontamente. Café da amanhã maravilhoso. Quarto deluxe plus, ambo e perfeito. Amamos a estadia, as atividades e janta é deliciosa.

The room was clean and warm, situated suitably far enough away from the others to offer privacy. It would have been nice to have cooking facilities as we didn't want to eat in the restaurant every night. However, the breakfast was varied and really good. It is very remote so would recommend a hire car, far cheaper than shuttles or taxis. We were fortunate enough to see the lights, although the glass roof was a huge feature, we did actually run straight outside every time! The staff were lovely and friendly and very willing to help us with our questions. If you're happy to travel out a bit, I would highly recommend.

Um lugar divino! os quartos/chalés sao espetaculares, viemos do Brasil, e valeu muito a pena! Céu claro, o cubo de vidro, as estrelas, e claro! ELA! a Aurora, pois o ranch é super bem localizado, longe das luzes mas 15 minutos de mercados e lojas, com o melhor SKI da Finlandia! Quero voltar!!

We are very lucky to see aurora in our glass cabin, the cabin is warm and well-designed. Jacuzzi is very relaxing. The reindeer here are always hungry! Staff is nice and helpful, we enjoyed the stay a lot and hope to re-visit soon!

This was a 10/10 for us. The design is flawless. The extra touches in each room are luxurious. The amenities are appropriate and festive to add a little touch of special. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
