This is like a toned down water park and sports hotel with all kinds of amenities including an ice cave with tube slides and a spa. But beware, because when you book the room, it has to say spa access in order to get into the pool and hot tub. Apparently, you can’t even purchase access there if you only book the room/breakfast. Spa (pool) access was not offered when we reserved. The lady at the front desk was super sorry that we couldn’t go, and she gave us a key that would access, but by then there was only 20 minutes left to use it that evening (it closes early), but we could have gone the next morning if we had wanted to deal with it before heading out (we chose not to). After eating in the onsite restaurant/bar (good food and good service) because there is literally only pizza in the town as far as we could tell, lol, the front desk lady called us over on our way back to the room and offered to let us go down to the ice cave. It was REALLY COOL! It was also closing down for the night, so we couldn’t slide, but it was a fun exhibit of ice and snow sculptures that we got to walk through. And they provided a coat, or even whole warm jumpsuit type full body coats to wear. (Good since it was close to 90° outside, lol, we were not prepared for winter when we randomly picked this hotel while driving around the country). They change the exhibit periodically, apparently. I would definitely go back and spend a couple of nights sometime.

My family and I stayed in vesileppis this weekend. Since our kids are members of joensuun hiihtokataja's ski club, we return to this hotel once a year to complete their training. There is a superb ski track in the motel as well as a few athletic fields. My son and I misplaced our swimming gear in the pool baths during our stay. It was only when we got back home that we realized that. My son was particularly upset because we had purchased him his swimsuit the day before going to Vesileppis as a birthday present for the trip. Despite my lack of expectation of having them back, my son asked me to get in touch with the hotel, and so I did. When I included details of our swimming gear and where we left them in an email, I responded. I was appreciative of Jenna, who works at the front desk, replied to my email. She was gracious enough to take a photograph of our swimming clothing to verify. So, I gave her my home address, and she shipped our swimming suit in the mail. I appreciate her attention to our request. She was able to turn a bad memory of this trip into a nice one, despite the fact that she handled our request. Anyone should stay at Vesileppis, for this and many more reasons. The

I stayed at the Vesileppis Hotel and Spa for the night, which doesn't give me a wonderful image of my visit. Due to covid 19 restrictions, there weren't many people moving around, and some facilities were also closed. My room was simple yet cost less because I couldn't use other hotel conveniences as well as the restaurant. The evening buffet as well as the breakfast were both well within finnish hotel standards. The spa, a skiing tube beneath the ground, and of course the mum ice cave in 4 I temperature 24, 80 f are among the attractions. I advise getting in touch with the hotel's web site. The mum ice cave isn't open every year, for instance.

I really recommend this place as it's all inclusive. We visited this facility with the whole family, it's a lovely spa hotel that's affordable, and the indoor activities are extensive, so long as you have enough energy, there will always be something to do. There are various types of gym facilities, a pool, a bar, a restaurant with good Finnish cuisine, a basketball pitch and a football field with a capacity of stadium sweaters for close to 200 people. Bowling, skating, and other sports.

I visited this location for the ukulele festival. It's in a lovely small town. There is a fantastic spa with a large pool and an ice park with many amazing things to see. This is a wonderful place! I hope to return one day.

This isn't a luxurious hotel, but this is one that needs to improve. Only the wifi worked well and the rooms were tidy. It is stated on their website that there is Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel, but the network is down. There are nice staff. Beautiful countryside and a small town. A comfortable bed. One thing is unusual, this is the first time a spa hotel or any hotel with a small, tiny pool does not offer slippers and towels. You have to pay more. Not much, but on the other hand, this is not a cheap hotel. The sauna and pool area were lovely and never crowded. I remained here in January. While the breakfast buffet was excellent, the supper buffet was a shambles. I would have gone looking for other dinner options if I had stayed here for more than two nights.

Mukava paikka vierailla, vaikka vähän kulunutta olikin. Kylpylässä todella kylmää vettä. Huonetta ei oltu kovin tarkasti siivottu, lattioilla jo mennessä pölyä ja roskaa.
