I think they should make some options for the kids club and nanny for kids 3-5 years old… because if you came with the kid to the hotel… there is nothing to occupy the kid, no option to take nanny service and to go for skiing and party lunch… other hotels has those options. Restaurant prices are to high this year and menu is very limited… bagatelle prices for food were cheaper

This was truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve had while traveling in Europe. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional in every way. The bellmen welcomed us warmly, the reception team was always kind and helpful, and the concierge team—especially Paul—went above and beyond both before and during our stay to help with anything we needed. Another gentleman at the concierge desk with dark hair was also wonderful and incredibly attentive. The bartenders in the restaurant were fantastic, Nichola in the ski room made everything effortless each day, and the drivers were always prompt and professional. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The ski-in/ski-out access was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience so convenient. Being able to step right out and onto the slopes, then return so easily at the end of the day, was a huge highlight of the stay. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We were very grateful for the upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The closet storage was perfect for organizing all of our ski gear, the view from the room was spectacular, and we loved the bathroom amenities, especially the soaps and shampoos. The complimentary water and turndown service were also lovely touches. The food and drinks throughout the hotel were excellent, and the car service was incredibly efficient. I can’t wait to return next year!

Great property, ski in/out, great service from ski shop which even helped us put on and take off our ski boots. Beautiful location. Nice indoor pool with spa/sauna/steam. Free taxi service to Courchevel 1850 only

Alpes Hotel Pralong: what a delightful find in 1850, authentic and truly Savoie. I have been visiting Courchevel 1850 for many years and stayed in many hotels in 1850, Alpes Hotel Pralong stands out in many aspects compared to all the others. 1. They have maintained the authenticity of a true French alps resort. 2. Unlike other hotels in 1850, the staff seem happier and friendlier. 3. The best ski room and ski valets in town. 4. The view of Altiport, Pralong and Saulire is breathtaking, day and night. 5. Bar and restaurants serve authentic savoie dishes and have a massive fireplace for a warm drink after a long day of skiing. 6. General Manager really cares and always looking for guests wellbeing and feedback. I have stayed 4times in this hotel this season and if i have the choice i would only stay in Alpes Hotel Pralong when in 1850 in the future.

Hotel needs a major renovations pool area and spa needs to be redone completely needs to have Jacuzzi outside built into the ground. Spa area is very very little and very very hot rooms are not as comfortable as you would want them to be for a five star hotel.
