Pengalaman saya menginap di hotel ini tahun lalu. Makanan yang disajikan baik di pagi dan malam hari sangat enak dan kami dapat menikmatinya. Kamar tidurnya lumayan bagus walaupun furniture sudah tua dan kamar mandinya agak berbau. Tapi secara keseluruhan cukup baik untuk bermalam.

Excellent accueil avec le sourire. Beaucoup d'explication pour notre confort. Renseignement très clair sur le parking voiture.Chambre correcte sans vue (sur la grotte) ni sur quoi que ce soit de remarquable, mais Lourdes oblige.

I booked this hotel because the condition of the hotel is well maintained and comfortable. The condition of the hotel has a good cleanliness and comfort. The hotel staff will not help me so the breakfast has to be better than average, it's because they are too busy with all the pilgrims. Plus it has parking. Very convenient place that can be easily reached on foot.

Saat berkunjung ke Lourdes pada bulan Juni 2013, aku bersama keluarga dan rombongan ziarah bermalam di hotel ini. Lokasi hotelnya bagus karena terhindar dari banjir besar yang baru saja terjadi di Lourde saat itu. Makanan yang disajikan baik pagi maupun malam hari untuk kami sudah sangat memadai dan dapat kami menikmati kelezatannya. Kamar tidurnya lumayan lumayan walaupun perabotannya agak kuno yang penting cukup memadai buat sperti nyenyak. Tidak banyak yang dapat dinikmati di hotel ini karena memang sangat minimalis untuk kebutuhan para peziarah yang mengunjungi Lourdez.

The location is great in the middle of the city. And then the employees here were also so friendly and nice. After that, the room was nice with the good cleanliness, plus the furnishings, plus the price was affordable. Subsequently, the menu was so varied.

Riktigt prisvärt nära till allt, äldre hotell med rent och snyggt. Ligger mitt i en brant back med det finns hiss från ”centrumgatan”, hotelparkering ligger allra längst upp i branta backen.

Hotellet uppfyllde våra kriterier på ett hotell om man bara är ute efter övernattning. Stort plus för fri parkering. Omgivningarna var däremot tråkiga med antingen andra hotel eller souvernirbutiker.

When we arrived we were told by the registration staff to park the vehicle out front and unload our suitcases and then they would direct us to parking; however, before we could complete registration the police arrived to give us a ticket. We explained that we were responding to the registration stating directions and not trying to break any laws and one officer was very rude and stated he did not care but was going to have us pay. After 3 attempts to explain by our party, one of the officers talked his partner into giving us a warning ticket. When I went in for help from the registration staff he did nothing to help nor did he intercede with the police and just stated that this was crazy. Registration staff should be aware of these laws and not be directing the patrons to remain parked in front of the hotel while they unload the vehicle. It was very disturbing to be approached by the police as if we were criminals and the hotel needs to change their policy on how luggage is unpacked. They need a staff member to do this while the patron stays with the vehicle and then provide parking directions immediately. Our group had requested directions but were told we would get them after we had unloaded the vehicle and checked in.
