C'est la meilleure auberge où je suis jamais allé, c'est très beau, il y a une vue magnifique et ils vous offrent un délicieux petit-déjeuner, c'est un endroit super, fortement recommandé. De ma chambre j'avais une vue sur le lac d'Annecy 😃

The location is good and the cleanliness here is great. The breakfast was very nice with good english. But I found it, which was not even close to the reception area from noon to 4 a.m.

I recently spent a night here with a friend. The hostel is a little basic, but it is clean enough. Its up a steep hill, but the view is definitely worth the climbtrek. The front desk is closed for a big part of the day. When we arrived, a female employee let us put our luggage in a small room and use the shower but couldnt check us in because the desk was closed for the afternoon. The staff, as someone else has said, are incredibly unfriendly and occasionally downright rude. My companion and a few of the younger guests we had sat in town for dinner, but due to a thunderstorm, we chose to have the pizza, salad, and dessert offered at the hostel for euro instead. There was a sign on the menu, but there was no mention that you had to order one, so my friend and I simply assumed you turn up, eat, and then pay like normal restaurants. As supper time, we went to the dining room as a group, and the same gauntlooking man then refused to take our plates to be washed with everyone elses food. Later that evening, I was in line to use the computer when the girl in front of me finished. I clearly inquired whether she was finished and he was on it and that I was using it and only checking trains to Marseilles. I explained

Clean and welcoming. This hostel is situated on a rather steep hill right outside the agency's main pedestrian district, but the stunning view makes the entire experience worthwhile. A breathtaking view, which adds to the enjoyment of breakfast. The hostel is spotless and generally tranquil. The bar has a decent pool table and table tennis, making it a bit of a party spot with the ideal crowd, despite the fact that it was quiet when we were there. The apartment and lake are excellent, and spending a long weekendweek there to experience all the sights and sounds is worthwhile.

The hotel is neat and well-maintained. The showers are also good and the beds are nice. This gives the hostel a average rating because of that. There are unfriendly personnel, the girl at reception appeared irritated at us most of the two days we were there for disturbing whatever she was doing on her phone. We received limited, unhelpful answers when we asked questions. Also, as some previous reviews have stated, the reception does not open for most of the day. Despite the fact that this was on the hosting international website, you would need to hunt for the information, which was not in the confirmation email. It's very frustrating. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, it's nice but has no character or a welcoming vibe.

The best part was the staff's helpfulness. With her hilarious humor, Thierry kept me laughing hard. Then, we took a bus from the train station to the hostel, and each day, we walked 10 minutes downhill to the old town. Also, the view of the lake from the hostel is amazing.

Séjour agréable et ensoleillé. Petit-dèj bien satisfaisant et à volonté inclus. Personnel disponible et courtois, y compris vigiles. L'eau au lavabo ne coule pas assez longtemps. Les gens ne tirent pas la chasse ; faut-il tout spécifier par une signalétique appropriée que ces gens ne sont pas tout seuls ? Par contre, un ronfleur âgé hors catégorie, râleur, a gâché les nuits. Prix très attractifs pour une escapade de trois jours. Bravo.

Bon accueil vers 13h. Le dortoir de 4 couchages ayant été nettoyé, j'ai pu bénéficier de son accès avant l'heure prévue (15h). La chambre était correct sans plus. 77 ans j'ai besoin d'un lit du bas; J'ai fait l'un des deux (drap, couette et oreiller en laissant 4 dépliant sur ce lit. j'aiel'autorisation d'une personne de l'acceiil

El albergue tiene un enclave muy bonito. Está situado como en la parte alta de Annecy, alejado del centro pero con unas vistas magníficas del lago y te puedes adentrar en el bosque y dar paseos o hacer deporte. El problema es que si vas con maletas subir hasta allí es difícil y tienes que coger la línea 27 de Semnoz. La bajada es muy agradable y en 15 minutos estás en el centro. Sirven un desayuno delicioso. muy variado y de calidad. Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas. Las instalaciones son viejas. La wifi no funciona bien en todo el establecimiento. La limpieza regular. En cuanto al precio de una cama o litera en habitación compartida, viendo los precios de los hoteles en Annecy, diremos que es asequible.
