Adrift is a great place for relaxing and photographing. We stayed one night at this place to visit codes, but if we had known how lovely and tranquil this place was, we would probably have booked another night. The house is a short but steep walk from the beautiful town codes, making it feel in a good way in the middle of nowhere! The garden is the ideal place to unwind with a very large swimming pool and a fantastic view of the surrounding fields and woods. The owners were friendly and helpful and cooked a fantastic breakfast that we enjoyed in the tiny picturesque backyard. The property also has plenty of parking.

Exceptional setting to stay. Lucian and Arina, the hosts, were quite accommodating. The pillows and bed in our comfy room were quite comfortable. Although the fan was provided, it was extremely hot. Due to the heat of this summer, I wasn't sure about the hot water because it was a simple cold shower, although the shower was brand new and clean. As options for the heat this summer, a breakfast was provided to us on our patio or on our deck. The location was excellent, and the pool was excellent. We had a hard time finding a car off the road because our GPS never retrieved it and we had to use Google Maps on my phone, but once there, we were able to locate it. We thoroughly enjoyed our two days at adrift. If you have the time, Codes sur riel is a stunning village to stay for a few days or more. The folks are very friendly, and they recommended a restaurant just outside of town where we had the best meal of our journey.

During our journey from bordeaux to Léon, we drove two days to a breathtaking French village in the hills and had a wonderful experience at adrift. We were encircled by beautiful sunny skies and greenery, and cobbled paths led us into the historic town's center. The fortified village offered a great perspective from which to take in the breathtaking natural landscapes and the nostalgic architecture and grounds, much like a little carcassonne. Our hosts took care of all the comforts and provided a superior bed and breakfast. For any discerning eye, this place offers incredibly great value for the money.

Our second stay in a balcony-equipped double room tonight was made. Despite being adequately furnished and spotless, the room's initial impressions were mixed. The attic room, which was tiny and extremely hot because of the 30 degree summer temperatures, was small and very hot. It was helpful to have a desktop fan, but in retrospect, we would have preferred a room with a better ventilation in a larger area. Julienne and Emmanuel are both friendly and have a wonderful breakfast. The environment was peaceful, and the scenery was stunning. We were pleased to have reserved the garden with a large pool for two nights so we could enjoy both. With good shoes and a bottle of water sitting with a view of the top, the walk to the town was straightforward but manageable.

Our experience here was excellent, and this review is well overdue. We stayed here for a week, and Adrift is a delightful place to remain for a few days because the area is ideal for exploring the many beautiful towns and villages. Ari and Julia are incredibly friendly, offering local recommendations, and cooking a filling, delicious breakfast every day. Our room was gorgeous and immaculate, and we enjoyed the balcony and expansive window with views of the countryside. The pool is a plus, especially if you're here for a few days.
