The room was spacious, clean, and had new decor. There were a lot of shuttle bus trips. They provide a pool and children's outdoor play area. There was good food and drinks in the room that was a little pricey but that was probably the same or worse than in other hotels.

I visited here with family in June for 4 days. The room was great, and the breakfast was ok, maybe a little basic, but ok. It was difficult to climb on the shuttle buses to Disney because they came to 3 or 4 other hotels along the way. Every time, there were only 2 or 3 people waiting at other hotel bus stops, but the bus stop in this one was always overcrowded, making it a free to enter. We generally only took a taxi to get back. The number of people on that bus is a health and safety hazard, and my family ended up returning home with covid, which we strongly believe was down to the bus. I gave this a 2 star because the room was very clean and roomy and the staff was fairly helpful, but next time I would definitely stay in a different hotel.

Overall, a really good hotel for the money and I would definitely return if I went to Disney again. This hotel was fantastic, I didn't know what to anticipate for a really cheap price and a 2-star hotel, but it was really great. Breakfast was really yummy, especially the croissant, they were great. We were only two people, but we were given a 4 person room, which was great and it was big. Bus service from the hotel to disney is really good, and there are buses to the airport through the magical shuttle service. It was really clean, and even though the vending machines had high prices, there were vending machines on the first floor, which is excellent if you're really hungry.

Our group and I stayed here as a school group of 44 students and five employees. Excellent position, allowing us to stroll around the grounds and lake, and getting so many beautiful views from our accommodation. Wonderful bar area for breakfast on the terrace. Breakfast is wonderful for a 2-star hotel, much better than many 3- or 4-star ones. The rooms are very clean, with their beds extremely comfy and fully cleaned every day. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and efficient, and we were all blown away by how they were always there. There are only three floors, so they have high lifts and stairs. We took a shuttle bus to the park in just 25 minutes, and it was fine. It would be a 5-star evaluation, but this one is still feasible. There is no soap in the shower, it would be nice to have some in the sink, so bring a little bar. The pillows are incredibly squashy. Day 1 has a simple, overcooked pizza, day 2 pasta with bolognese sauce, day 3 a mix of the two! It would be ideal if they were able to offer a little more selection. However, overall, it was a truly good stay and the staff was a huge blessing.

The breakfast is very varied and good. And then, the shuttle bus from the hotel to the part is pretty convenient and runs until midnight.
