We spend 3 nights here during a trip through Burgundy. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, making dinner suggestions, storing our bicycles in their shed, offering their table and plates for our picnic lunch, etc.

Le cistelles, in saintnicolaslesciteaux, is located in the center of Burgundy and provides a fantastic base for exploring a variety of high-quality wineries, villages, and medieval towns, or simply as a wonderful stopover on the way south. The proprietors of this beautiful chambre dotes, Genevieve and roland, have created the ideal idyll where you can unwind in a lovely, peaceful environment. If it is hot enough, guests are invited to an aperitif on the patio in the evening before supper together. The food is made locally, including the gardens of the house, and is lovingly prepared by Genevieve and served by roland along with wine to go with each course. The food is of exceptional quality, just as the wine, and the hosts are very attentive to all of the requests demands. My wife and I have stayed at les cistelles twice, and both times, we were delighted by the cuisine, but also the company, which, in our case, consisted of Belgians, Dutch, german, French, and English, whom the hosts urged to mix together discussion is excellent. No tes are available in the rooms, but the wireless reception is fantastic. The rooms are well-furnished, spotless, and the visitors are made to feel extremely at home. My wife and

Gigi and Rolan were wonderful hosts, and the rural surroundings have plenty of charm. Our room was spacious, pleasant, spotless, and cozy. Although we could have reserved an evening meal, the guest book suggested that this shouldn't be missed because we had missed it, and so we traveled a few kilometers to Unit it Georges and had a delicious meal. We stopped on our journey in the morning since our breakfast was all we required. highly advisable.

This hotel is very nice and beautiful. The hotel is incredibly clean. The food at the table is delicious. The staffs are very professional. This is a special place to stay.

We will definitely stay here again. We only stayed one night on our way from Arethe to our home in Pas de Calais. Great and memorable stay with kind and friendly hosts. The table dot supper was delicious, shared with two Belgian couples and hosts. Our French was tested to the max, but that's how you learn more! Our room was beautiful and we will definitely be back if the occasion comes. highly recommended.
