This is the rare pearl. It has stylish decoration, a Mediterranean-style secluded garden with a secured car park, a delicious breakfast and a welcoming host. The house is attractively furnished, with great character, modern taste, and humor. Breakfast is large, everything is there and it is very well presented. The host really cares about his guests and has an eye for detail. I strongly recommend this boutique to other travelers, but definitely to hotel operators. This is a benchmark.

If you arrive late at Orly Airport or have meetings in the south of the city, this is a lovely alternative to every boutique hotel. It's a unique country house hiding in a residential area. However, there is a garden and the decoration is simply stunning. Luciano the owner is a kind and friendly host, wifi is free and the atmosphere is really peaceful.

Luciano, we will visit again and will return! A fantastic discovery of this stunning home and our great host. Close to Paris yet in the middle of a garden in a beautifully renovated house where every detail counts. The kindness and funnyness of Luciano, our host, is rare. One can see that Luciano pays close attention to all the changes to the various visitors, each room has a distinct flavour, the breakfast quality is simple, but all you need is in a common living room that allows you to meet others if you want. We had the biggest room with windows, space, and a terrace that was fantastic. Your neighbors are the only ones who are not in charge of the host. Because you're in a lovely, outdated house, your neighbors can hear everything if they don't realize they're not alone.

We are not staying here for a long time. But for the breakfast is quite good, even our host Lucian was incredibly helpful and friendly. The environment is also quiet. This place has a tram route which links to the metro. Especially, the room size was nice. The location was very close to the airport - the cdf and her were close by. One night, he helped me iron a tee.

Our room was comfortable and the breakfast selection each morning was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the host provided us with loads of excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. It was also good to be away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Paris.
