Cet hôtel est très bien situé, et propre. Il manque juste des places avec recharges pour voitures électriques dans le parking. Les chambres sont grandes et bien agencées, la literie très confortable. Certains membres de l'accueil manquent d'expérience, mais ils sont serviables et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Personnel très agréable et très gentil. Infrastructure très correcte seul petit bémol niveau insonorisation…. On peut entendre les gens qui parlent dans le couloir…. Malgré ce petit détail je recommande sans problème cet endroit !!

Fabulous location and just next door was a wonderful restaurant, but they were so under-staffed, the waiters literally ran through the restaurant to serve the people on the little deck in front of it and sitting out under the lights in the center of a square. The parking garage was tiny and intense. We felt certain that we must have gone into the wrong one. It was like someone's personal basement. We were deliberating on what to do and the nice young man at the front desk saw us and showed us where to park. It was a little disconcerting for him to tell us that he goes off duty at 7, so we needed to remember the code to get back in, but it worked. Our room was completely pink - walls and doors. Our room was over the next door restaurant so we heard kitchen noise, but it wasn't bad. There was no A/C and the day had gotten a little warm, so we wanted to suck in as much cool air as we could before we closed the window.

Chambres confortables et salle d'eau impeccables.Nous avons apprécié les toilettes séparées! Hôtel très calme avec un parking au centre historique et commerçant.Nous avons aussi apprécié la bagagerie longue durée.Un bémol cependant pour le non prfessionalisme du personnel d'accueil , malgré sa gentillesse.Le petit-déjeuner était aussi de grande qualité.

Arrivée chaotique : malgré un mail et un coup de téléphone stipulant notre demande d'avoir des chambres cote à cote, l'information n'était pas passée: les 2 chambres n'étaient pas à coté, il a donc fallu passer du temps à refaire des cartes d'accès alors que nous étions pressés par le temps. Petit déjeuner à 8H15 : tous les plats chauds étaient vides, plus du tout de pain. Nous l'avons signalé à la personne en charge du petit déjeuner. Elle n'a rien fait d'autre que de continuer à ranger sa vaisselle et à débarrasser les tables. Nous nous sommes contentés de ce qui restait, cela faisait cher pour 17€ par personne. Chambres confortables mais beaucoup de bruit bien avant 7h, un groupe qui claquait les portes sans gêne.

I have to begin this review by saying that I do not understand how it’s possible that this hotel has four stars. It’s simply not in the right class. The front desk staff were very welcoming and pleasant, the air conditioning in the room was exceptionally good (which was needed during this heatwave), but other than that, the rest of the experience was simply okay. The hotel is in need of renovation in general (very dated decor), but the worst of it is that the door to the room will not close properly. There was a gap between the door jamb and the door even when the door was closed and locked, resulting in in sound-proofing. It also seems like a security issue to me, and it’s shocking that hotel management allows this to remain in this condition. In addition, the room’s refrigerator smelled like Camembert when I first opened it, and I had to get cleaning staff to clean it out for me. One of the coffee cups had splattered coffee stains on the outside, so I’m not sure how thoroughly the cups are cleaned between guests either. The bottom sheet on the bed had black marks on it, and the mattress sagged and was simply not up to 4-star hotel standards. This hotel room did have access to a terrace/balcony (the only standard room with this feature), but it was not maintained. All in all, I had the impression of a hotel hanging on to a 4-star rating that simply doesn’t apply anymore.

Le très grand lit annoncé et pour lequel j'ai payé davantage n'était qu'en fait 2 matelas mis l'un à côté de l'autre. Très inconfortable pour dormir tout contre son conjoint sans être dans un creux
