Our flight arrived late, and we actually made an appointment for the following day by mistake. Because we had previously purchased food at the nearby marketplace, the young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful, switching us up to a room, and then going to get us food and utensils. You get that kind of service when you're concerned about the company they work for. The hotel itself was very nice as well. Because we had slept well the next day, we didn't stay for long. Nevertheless, it has parking and a nicer pool than youd normally encounter in a courtyard.

I have so many problems, including late arrival for events, luggage not arriving, and having no clothing after already spending 3 days in the same clothing on what should have been a simple overnight flight that turned into Giligan's Island. The general frustration tired me out. Both Jeremy and matins of the front desk staff at the courtyard Marriott Montpellier kept a grin on my face and helped me suggest and locate stores to get clothes, directions, a tram journey, calling the airport to assist with finding luggage, answering the call when the airport finally called us back, and surprising me by carrying luggage to my room two days later. They are upbeat, friendly, and work to give you far more than you ask for. These days it is difficult to locate caring people. You will find those people in montpellier matins, and jeremy thank you for everything they do!.
