The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained. The place is good. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Nevertheless, there are many good things about this hotel, especially to the Marseilles, dipped hotel. The mattress springs in the room in the first picture brought me to tears. I was afraid that I might wake up very easily, mainly because the springs were stuck in my back and sank into my back. As other guests have mentioned, this hotel should take the responsibility of this.

My brother lives here. Every year over Christmas, I come here because it is close to the hotel because it's a convenient spot to stay. The hotel is basic, but clean, and reasonably priced if you make your reservation early. A restaurant and lobby bar are located next to the lobby. They also offer parking on-site. The personnel is friendly and always willing to assist. I was in room 502. Although I was given room 509, it smelled like cigarette smoke and was a disabled room. Although the rooms are tiny, they provide most of your needs. There is limited storage space, a kettle with tea and coffee, a wallmounted flat screen satellite with no english channels, a small bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, and a wallmounted bathroom all in one toiletries. An iron and ironing board is missing. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms could use some renovation. The campanile may be encouraged to renovate because a new hotel has just opened across the street.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was pretty shabby, but when we checked in at 9 am, we were asked to give a 150 euros deposit, which was surprising because we thought we had the exact amount of euros available in cash to pay for the room. Requesting a deposit on a room that was already in such a drab and outdated state is brash. We had no problems returning the deposit. However, we were prudent and photographed the room when we came to ensure we protected our deposit. Having been a building surveyor by profession, I advise always doing this. On the third evening of our stay, the manager was rude and defensive, saying that as we were already checked in, other guests assumed her priority, despite her staff rearranging this time with us so that we could raise our questions with her. My girlfriend had appeared to have been charged twice for our room. They wasted our time, so they wasted our time. The manager didnt seem to apologize, but john and yasmine were helpful at the reception and helped us at checking out. The saying Buy cheap pay twice applies here, but on reflection, we paid 285 euros for three nights, which isnt cheap for a cheap hotel and does not reflect the quality of the room or the service delivered that we would expect

This is an old hotel with very good breakfast and friendly staff. However, everything else is old beds, rooms, hallway, windows, and carpets. Choose a room with a view of the back as the front road is very wide and full of traffic.
