For our vacation, we reserved a new vip wood cottage for our stay with the whole family. The arrival procedure went really smoothly. Both the park and the aqua mundo were carefully maintained and cleaned. Our home was a different story. The cottage was filthy and unclean in every way. There were spider webs in nearly every room. The bubble baths and toilets had a terrible scent, and our sauna was moldy. Only one of seven jobs had a functioning induction hob, the refrigerator, and freezer didn't close correctly, and the kitchen cabinets were hanging loose. The dishwasher was also broken, and the safe was also broken. On the first day in the park, we made our complaint, and they informed us that they would arrive the next day. Sadly, the technician who would repair the induction hob arrived late night on day three out of our five-day stay. He told us that he couldn't resolve the hob issue, but we were able to prepare on the one hob for the 10 people in our cottage. For all the other problems we've mentioned, we never saw someone. Comparative to streaming wifi, it was not present. We are loyal visitors to a variety of parks in the center area and have visited many different parks over the last twelve years. This has been by far our worst vacation, and we doubt that we'll ever return to the

I spent a few weeks there over the summer to squeeze in more family vacations. We had a nice week, but we doubt we will soon be back. Make sure you reserve the higher class room categories. The downside is that even later in the evening, the sounds are very loud because you have too many ignorant people screaming, singing, etc. There is no AC even in the most upscale bungalows. There are not many options, and the main areas like the water doom seemed a little worn.
