The only thing that wasn't quite right was that the curtains themselves didn't keep out the sunlight. Really annoying.

Väldigt fina rum, utmärkt service och väl över nivån jag är van vid även om jag bor mycket på hotell. Fantastisk resturang. Tyvärr kunde jag bara bo där ett dygn och han aldrig med spa. Hela upplevelse från mitt perspektiv, världsklass!

This is one of the nicest properties. The hotel is beautifully presented with great interior design and décor. Clean and smart. The hotel has a Michelin Restaurant, with fabulous food and excellent service. In particular Max the restaurant manager and Laurent the Hotel manager are extremely professional and helpful and are an asset to this hotel. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy. The hotel has a private gate at the back of the property and ample on-site parking. The location is good for walking into town. This really is a great hotel and around 45 minutes from Bordeaux.

une attention toute particulière du personnel pour ses hôtes, appel par le nom de famille, service individualisé, de tres bon conseil pour le vin, une adaptabilité pour les plats (salade de fruit plutôt qu'un gateau et tres tres copieuse et délicieuse). Un séjour repos en solo qui m'a fait beaucoup de bien.

We stayed in the hotel clos castle in casteljaloux for four nights. The hotel occupies most of the block and is a small, well-maintained refuge in the town of casteljaloux. The experience was a completely wonderful experience in a wonderful setting, where both the management and staff did their best to make us feel at home and were really helpful and pleasant. We had trouble transporting luggage to Lufthansa. To assist us with this, no cost was spared. Spacious, tastefully decorated accommodations. The cleaning was fantastic! In addition, there is a lovely restaurant, la visible submerge with fine food and a good wine list. A very good value for the money.

This hotel offers amazing accommodations, as well as the friendly personnel. The food served in the restaurant is excellent. The spa is gorgeous, and the gardens are always spotless. New villas are also available. I would recommend this hotel as a place for a relaxing time with exceptional star service.

Très bel hôtel. Avec néanmoins 2 bémols : le tarif du petit-déjeuner est vraiment abusif, les tarifs du restaurant sont aussi très élevés, surtout quand on sort de table en ayant encore faim...
