🏡 House Rules

1. Check-in & Check-out – Please respect the agreed check-in and check-out times. If you need to arrange a different time, please let us know in advance.

2. Quiet Hours – Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to ensure everyone’s comfort.

3. Smoking – Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If applicable, smoking is only allowed in the designated area indicated by the host.

4. Additional Guests – Additional guests are not allowed in the apartment without the host’s prior approval.

5. Parties & Events – Parties, events, and loud activities are not permitted.

6. Shared Areas – The kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. Please keep them clean and leave them in the same condition as you found them.

7. Guest Room – Please take care of the furniture and all items provided in the room. Any accidental damage should be reported to the host.

8. Cleanliness – Please keep your room and the shared areas clean throughout your stay.

9. The Host’s Cat 🐱 – The host’s cat lives in the apartment. Please do not feed her or give her any food without the host’s permission. If you prefer not to interact with the cat, please let the host know.

10. Apartment Door – Please make sure the apartment door is properly closed and locked whenever you enter or leave.

11. Safety & Security – Please do not leave the door unlocked and do not allow unknown people into the apartment.

12. Mutual Respect – We want everyone to feel comfortable, so please respect the host’s privacy, personal space, and quiet time.

13. Questions or Issues – If you need any assistance or notice a problem in the apartment, please contact the host as soon as possible.
