The hotel is a two-minute walk from the metro station. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Also, the front desk staff spoke English. Breakfast was excellent, convenient, and reasonably priced. The hotel was clean. Quiet at night, so we slept well. Windows partially opened. The room was small, but very adequate for the amount of time we spent there. Some minor repairs, such as drapery rods and light fixtures, must be done.

The hotel's exterior isn't particularly beautiful, but as you enter, the welcoming personnel and helpful manner make it a really decent hotel. The rooms were a good size, very clean, and had all amenities. The breakfast room is in the basement, and it gets chilly. The buffet bar is adequate and has everything one would expect from a budget hotel. I had to keep using the wi-fi whenever I wanted to use it? The neighborhood amenities include the metro entrance just around the corner, and nearby restaurants and bars are accessible by foot. We were very happy that the staff spoke to us in French even though they were in English and knew we were from the uk.

I had a wonderful five-night stay there. I'd probably think about returning there again, about a ten-euro journey from Gare Este. I stayed at the hotel for five nights. The hotel is really decent, the double rooms I reserved for single use are almost large by Paris standards. It has a refrigerator, a little hotter device for tea and instant coffee, and extremely stable and relatively fast wifi. The place is functional and tidy in an interesting area but it took me a while to figure it out. Check out the Indian place next door, the Lebanese restaurant, and a couple of hundred meters away the le 108, a lovely cafe.

- I stayed here with my family. A gem for us and fluent in English, was the receptionist, Christian. At around 1 a.m., they let us check in early. The bathroom was very complete and clean. Although the noise from the motorbike was loud, it was manageable. Although the toilet and shower are separate, the shower's entrance won't close. There is a decent Chinese restaurant in front, and a supermarket called Monoprix is close by. Metro crime is three minutes away, and the subway ride to the city center takes about 20 minutes. Recommended for groups of 34 looking for a reasonably priced but decent hotel. Will return to stay here again.
