Don't be discouraged, get started!. A cozy private villa transformed into a hotel in the middle of a small, authentic French village. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and a really peaceful environment. French breakfast as a pastry, homemade jam, and butter brought to the table. Breakfast is an experience in and of itself as it involves enjoying freshly made, still warm bread with hot coffee. It's difficult to locate as a minor drawback.

This is the perfect place to stay to experience the calm of a french country house. The garden is well maintained and lots of roses were blooming when we visited. The village is charming with excellent local wine and cheese. We tried the restaurant Le procure, right across the street, and were very impressed with the service and quality of the food. Only wish we could stay longer.

A lovely location with a beautiful view. The owners are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. If you can, ask for a room with a garden view. The village is lovely and quiet, and the wonderful michelin nectar restaurant is just across the street.

I booked through application in the spirit of stopping a busy buying trip. I traveled extensively each day and wished I could stop for a few days in tranquil surroundings and restaurants in the village so that I could eat without driving. In the photographs and information provided, this appeared to be a perfect location. I frequently travel to France, I speak French, and I have stayed in many similar properties. All have been fantastic. On arrival, after driving for five hours, I was not offered any form of refreshment, but I was shown to my room. The room was very hot, and the view of the main road into the village was very noisy when the window was open see photos. There was no way to regulate the temperature in the room either. I donned my clothes and went to inquire about the restaurants. I was told one was not open, and the other was a michelin restaurant which also turned out to be closed. After a few phone calls, it turned out that the only open restaurants were a 25-minute drive away. The owners were kind enough to make me an omelet and salad. Since my quiet break was not to be, I suggested that I thought I was considering cutting my stay. In what they clearly considered to be their private domain, I was beginning to feel completely unwelcome, and I voiced this to the proprietors. I am appalled at how I was
