Ein ganz entzückendes Hotel mit überaus freundlichem und servicebereitem Personal; die Inhaber selbst sorgten ebenfalls für eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre, der "Patron" war stets zur Stelle mit Rat und Tat sowie excellenten Weinempfehlungen aus der Region. Sehr gute regionale Küche, vom Se5rvicepersonal (in großer Anzahl) wurden die Gäste rührend umsorgt. Hübsche Zimmer mit allem, was man so braucht. gepflegter schöner Außen-Pool mit schönen Liegen, da lässt sich außerordentliche Lage mit tollem Blick und sehr viel Ruhe genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne bald wieder. Eine Anmerkung: ein paar Zimmer sind Maisonetten mit einem zwar riesigen Bad, welches aber nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Das Hotel sollte darauf aufmerksam machen, dass diese Zimmer nicht unbedingt für ältere Menschen oder Leuten mit Mobilitätseinschränkunge geeignet sind. Wir selbst fanden dieses Zimmer sehr schön.

What a fantastic place to stay. The grounds are beautiful and the view is out of this world. The room was so elegant and well decorated. I would love to come back and stay again. The restaurant offers fine dining. It is a perfect spot for a special occasion like a wedding, anniversary or just a vacation. The entire hotel is from the set of a movie from the past, true elegance.

This hotel is in an excellent position. I really liked the breakfast that I could eat and go into the French kitchen. It was a pleasure to be able to assist yourself. In my opinion, this location needs improvements every day, which is perhaps not feasible given the current economic environment. There aren't many staff, and it was difficult to locate any, but when you did find them, they were friendly and helpful.

We had our wedding in the hotel and fell in love with the venue, people, and setting! The rooms are new, well decorated, spacious, and suitable for those who need ground floor access and shower access, people with children, and couples looking for a romantic weekend. Beautiful location! We have so many wonderful memories to cherish from our wedding due to the location!.

Our friend's wedding was held here. The location is high in the mountains above Chambery and has a gorgeous view of Chambery and the lake. A side building named the Domain is ideal for a wedding because it's overflowing and full of 120 guests. The bar area where the vin donner was given was an incredible area. Old beams. Full shelves of leather-bound old books. When driving up the d 912, there is a huge red sign on the right. When you follow Google Maps, it can be missed because it is about 15 meters from the road. In France, we've discovered that Google Maps often doesn't get you there at all. Always, always allow yourself 15 to 30 minutes to get lost before finding your destination.

This place is stunning and located directly above Chambery. The room was spacious but had nice decoration but there was no aircon. My room was 29 degrees Fahrenheit. My room was also not open when I walked in at 5.30 a. M. Because the only receptionist was busy with other customers, it took roughly 30 minutes to get a bottle of water while I was waiting. My room's window had a strong spotlight that had a malfunctioning movement and it only turned on and off every 20 seconds all night. Breakfast was served on the patio and was a buffet. No one told us I had to take the plate inside. It was also not the coffee cup. Oh, you have to get the cup off the table from the buffet. Bring the cup back, and the coffee can empty. Refilling took about 15 minutes. A very nice hotel, but these people don't know how to run one effectively. It is inadmissible to have no air conditioning in the rooms at this hotel and the prices.
