hôtel fantastique, parfaitement bien restauré a partir d'une vieille bâtisse. le confort, la taille des chambre, la déco, la cuisine ... tout a été parfait au point de nous inciter a prolonger notre séjour. le personnel est très sympathique et décontracté tout en restant professionnel. le climat de novembre ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine, mais le spa est d'autant plus apprécié.

At the very least, there is another recent comment that mirrors my experience, so it's clear my experience isn't isolated. I almost never waste time writing awful reviews because it's unpleasant, but this was an experience that made me very sad. We spent five nights at this lovely hotel and had a great time there. The room and surroundings were beautiful, and the staff seemed nice, but the way it ended left a really terrible impression and made me question every interaction with the entire establishment and why we were treated that way. On our last night, we ordered the same 50 eur bottle of wine that we had previously ordered twice during our stay. Another bottle was 20 eur, so it was obvious that our budget was reflected. We were told the bottle we desired was sold out, and the manager would call us about our options. He instead came out with a bottle and opened it right away, believing it would be fine even if it was a bit more expensive. We even tipped this guy for room service, thinking he was such a nice guy. To add insult to injury, they charged us for two breakfasts we didn't have. When I asked for the charge to be lowered, they didn't bother responding. I had to follow up two more times, and when they responded, all they sent was an altered invoice. No comment, no apology. Im still waiting for the refund,

The good. The hotel is very nice and conveniently located in the heart of vineyards. The area around the hotel is well maintained, and the pool looks very nice, but we didn't use it. The room is really lovely. The spa is nice and maybe a little cold and noisy in the relaxing area. The bad. Service is rough with just a few exceptions. The welcoming was brief and cold. The check-out was uncomplicated. Charge error can happen, the fact that I had to cite you for a refund 2 weeks after check-out is poor. Not for 420. To improve. Keep an eye on room maintenance. The shelves were very dusty and the huge lamp in the living room was broken and not repaired for the entire time we were there.

When I came in the afternoon, the welcome was kind and swift. The restaurant was packed at first, but when I was there, the staff was very friendly, although they were very slow and not really attentive when it got busy. Although I wasn't in a hurry, some of the people next to me didn't like waiting. The meal was excellent. The chicken was a big portion, and the fish was fresh. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of amenities and adorable decor with seashells and ivory components. Beds are comfy.

This is a great jewel of a small hotel with a lovely restaurant with elegant decor. It comes with a beautiful spa and spacious rooms. The garden and pool are extremely special and well maintained. The very nice and friendly staff makes up for the inconvenience of being in the middle of nowhere? Must have a car! Well run and personally oriented hotel, highly recommended.

Its nice to stay here and have a great restaurant. The hotel is very well renovated with very high standards. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with all the amenities. It has a terrace, an espresso machine. The pool area in this hotel is also nice.
