We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a lovely handwritten note and balloons in our room as a surprise for my daughter who’s birthday we were celebrating. This was such a special gesture that we really appreciated. The room was spotless, breakfast very nice, staff so helpful and the location was brilliant - a couple of minutes walk from the tower! We loved our stay!

The staff was amazing. They were wonderful from the moment I walked into their front office. So kind and on top of things. They allowed us to leave our luggage so we could explore the city. Great neighborhood!

I have nothing but great compliments for the hotel, amenities and especially the staff. Sanja, our front desk manager and concierge, was incredibly friendly, helpful and proactive. She provided tour ticket assistance, tips that got us into the Louvre for free on a free museum evening I wouldn't have known about. She was just amazing, and I plan to stay in touch. Others when she wasn't there were also friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and just as described. My family are tall and thin but do inquire about shower size if you're overweight. The AC was wonderful as we were there during a heat wave of 85-90 degrees and would have been uncomfortable had it not been a good system. I plan on staying here again.

Fantastic stay. Comfortable beds, clean room. Location super close to the Eiffel tower. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Shower was quite small, but very powerful. The triple room had 3 proper beds which is a bonus as it's often a roll away bed. Air con was very welcome during the spring heat wave!

This location was great. Easily walkable to eiffel tower, shops, dining and anything else you might need. Rooms are a bit small but I feel like thats all rooms in Paris.

Great hotel, lobby has been remodeled and the front desk was very helpful! Arranged our transportation to airport. Room has a partial view of Eiffel tower when you stuck your head out the window, which was nice. Very central located, small rooms, but that is what Paris is. Would stay there again for sure.

The staff were wonderful. Expedia did not send the hotel my reservation but fortunately, the hotel were able to accommodate us for 3 days. Not only did they find another hotel close by to host us for the remainder of our trip, they moved our belongings. When we showed up in the evening to check in at the new hotel, everything was already prepared for us. The staff at Eiffel Rive Gauche were helpful and extremely kind.
