A+ grade regarding everything! Location, Staff, Breakfast & Support Information. Special accolade to William, our “ main man”! He is an asset to your hotel!! So kind, courteous & resourceful!! Additional accolades to Chaima & Miche. Robert the hotel manager was pleasant as well. Bus, train & dining just outside the front door. Newly renovated April 2026. Clean & fresh! Breakfast delish. Will return for sure!! Merci🙏

We had a lovely stay at the Eiffel Yard hotel May 20-23, 2026. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants as well as 2 metro stations. Very convenient for visiting all the Paris attractions! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful on check in. Any time we passed by the desk we received a warm bonjour and they asked about our days plans. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we return to Paris.

フロントのスタッフの方、若い男性お２人、若い女性の方１名に対応していただいたのですが、３名とも素晴らしかったです！！！お勧めの観光地に関しても、お勧めの理由、行き方など詳しく教えてくださり、地図にマークもしてくださり、助かりました！また、チェックアウト後にも、観光のためにスーツケースを快く預かってくださり、私達が帰りの飛行機に間に合うよう、タクシーも手配してくださったり、私のスマホの充電までしてくださり、安心して帰途に向かう事ができました。観光の起点としても便利で、隣に美味しいレストランもありました。エッフェルヤードホテルを選んで、本当に良かったです！！！

We had a marvelous stay at Eiffel Yard. Staff was amazing and the location couldn't be better. We had the superior double room - city view which was a nice sized room. Can't wait to return!

Had an amazing stay in the junior suite as a group of three, especially considering it’s your first week open. The suite was incredibly spacious, easily double the size of most Paris hotel rooms which made a huge difference to our comfort. Everything was spotless, modern, & beautifully decorated. We had a first-floor view of the Eiffel Tower &the three windows opening onto a Parisian street overlooking the entrance to the Champs de Mars made it feel even more special waking up to that view was unforgettable. The location is unbeatable, with lovely restaurants, cafés & shops right on the doorstep. We could simply walk across the street & be at the entrance to the Champs de Mars with the Eiffel Tower in full view. As females travelling with two 18-year-olds, safety is always a priority, we felt safe both in the hotel & the surrounding area. The secure entrance with locked doors gave extra reassurance, especially when returning at night. The hotel exceeded our expectations with thoughtful extras, built-in phone charging points and a wide range of amenities including toothbrushes, toothpaste, & women’s sanitary products, all presented in cute boxes. The room also had Netflix, a coffee machine, & safe, making everything easy & comfortable. What truly stood out was the service the owner personally greeted us on arrival & couldn’t do enough, along with the team who were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. After 5 visits to Paris this has been my favourite -highly recommend

The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony/window if we peeked around the corner! Fantastic location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Only a couple of months open as of April 2026. Everything is new, with quality amenities. A very partial view of the Effiel Tower from the room but only a couple of minutes walking to the end of the Effiel park for a great view. Short walk to Napoleon's tomb and museum. All Staff were great... Thank you William for the suggestions. FYI... we stayed on a Saturday night. Lot's of happy people enjoying the evening and dinning out so expect some noise until around midnight.

The location is perfect, but the hotel room is not that good considering you’re paying for a junior suite. They didn’t provide any toothbrushes or toothpaste, which was inconvenient because, for the first time, we didn’t bring any. My husband had to go out and buy some instead. Also, their body gel was empty, and the hand gel was empty as well. We borrowed an iron, but they didn’t even include an ironing board, so ironing a suit on the bed was very difficult. They also didn’t inform us what number to dial if we needed anything, so we had to go down to the lobby again just to ask for assistance. The breakfast area is also too small. Only one staff member was very friendly — the one who helped us during check-in.
