I'm pleased to be guests at this hotel. Prior to this review, I'd like to mention that we've been staying in numerous hotels, including Hotel Val Thorens, Alta Pure, and Fitzroy for many years, so this is a reasonably good experience to publish a comparable review. So, where to begin? Overall, this hotel operates like a machine in motion. Given the incrediblely long days they work, the personnel is welcoming, pleasant, and generally content with their work, so the management is unquestionably executing it! Although I'm not positive if the ski hire location is in an individual company or one. The service was unmatched once more. Our room was a reasonable size, with plenty of hanging space for both clothes, and more importantly ski gear next to a radiator, which is unusually not the case at all ski hotels. Since we reserved a paste-facing room, I had assumed that there would be a balcony, as we had in other hotels, which is usually used as a place to put drinks to keep cold, so having the option was always scheduled. The main restaurant has a huge glass wall that allows diners to see the kitchen fully, which is fantastic. It was a bit of a disappointment, but after discussing this with the front desk, the solution was an ice bucket each evening, which was always scheduled without asking again. We

The restaurant is incredibly amazing and the food is amazing. The staff is very friendly and I recommend the pasta. Would return. Very cool and the seats are very comfortable if you are looking for something a little quieter.

I will most definitely return to this hotel. I believe it was worth the money and couldnt get a better location. I wouldnt blame anyone if they were somewhat understaffed, which could be a factor of couid. This is a fantastic hotel in a terrific location, the ski in and ski out are ideal, and the general interior of the hotel was really modern with charming details like a bluetooth radio in the rooms and ritual shampoo and shower gel. We cleaned our room every day and the hotel was extremely clean. They hold a do outside on the terrace most days, which was great for having a drink and enjoying the views with decent music in the background. The staff was really friendly and pleasant. The only thing I disliked was that they seemed a little understaffed, but this could be due to couid, and the staff who were doing their job seemed to be running off their feet trying to accommodate everyone. There was something for everyone on the breakfast buffet, which had a wide range. The dinner menu was also decent, featuring a huge variety, including pizzas, pasta, meat, and other items. I thought the food was really good, and I was pleasantly surprised when I chose the halfboard option.

I hope this review helps to make the hotel better for customers in the future. The hotel is in a prime spot for skiing in and out. The hotel staff is friendly, the decor is modern and funky. The noise from the kitchen at night and in the morning when we were trying to sleep was not so good. We were in room 116, which was directly above the kitchen and the noise due to cleaning up continued past midnight. Then the noise began again in the early hours. This was very disappointing because my husband and I are serious about skiing but were very exhausted because we didn't sleep. We reported this a few times to the reception staff before finally to the manager. The manager apologized but acknowledged he knew this was a problem for all rooms on floor 1. We had booked half board, so our dinner menu selection was minimal. Mostly just two options for the starter and main course. At dinner time, the food was average 5 out of 10. Deserts were delicious, and breakfast options were very good. I hope this review will be helpful in making the hotel better for customers in the future.

This place is in a perfect location. It's cool, stylish, and cozy. The atmosphere is relaxed, which brings us happiness. Also, having a ski shop on the property was a comfort.
