Security: Tenants are asked to follow safety rules, including properly securing the accommodation when they are not present.
Disclaimer: The owner cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or theft that may occur during the stay. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Noise: Tenants are kindly requested to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Loud or disruptive noises are not permitted after 8:00 PM.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We wish you a pleasant stay in our short-term accommodation!
Maintenance of Cleanliness: Tenants must maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay. Garbage bins should be emptied regularly, and recycling should be sorted properly.
House Rules
Maximum Occupancy: The accommodation is designed for a maximum of 2 people. No additional guests are allowed without prior agreement.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Use of Internet and Television: Internet and cable television access are provided. Tenants must respect copyright laws and not download illegal content.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
Use of Facilities: Tenants are responsible for the proper use of all equipment in the accommodation, including the kitchen, appliances, and electronic devices.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required (200€) upon arrival and will be refunded after departure, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and compliance with these rules.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is set at 5:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Special arrangements can be made in advance, subject to availability.
