Outside of the hotel it feels sketchy. The building itself is rundown and the lift is old but what can you expect for less than $100. You get what you pay for.

We wanted an hotel near to Gare du Nord as we were getting an early train the following morning and this was 3 minutes walk away. The hotel is very comfortable but the lift is very cramped, but so welcome, as was the concierge's welcome. Hotel looks like it could do with a steam clean but the room was a nice size although the toilet and bathroom were on opposite sides of the bedroom, bizarrely.... Great price and easy to find, a good place to stay if you need somewhere close to the station and restaurants

Vi valde detta hotell pga närheten till Gare du Nord då vi ville ha nära tågstationen vår sista dag i Paris innan avfärd på morgonen därpå. Rummet var väldigt rymligt, vi är två vuxna och två barn och vi hade två separata sovrum vilket var lyx, faktiskt vårt enda hotell denna semester som har haft det. Badrummet var också rymligt och stort. Vi fick möjlighet att checka in tidigare vilket var skönt, annars hade hotellet kunnat förvara vårt bagage, men det kändes bättre med tidigare incheckning. Området är ganska ljudligt, men det är ju inget hotellet kan rå för. Det fanns en hiss där det gick att stapla in alla väskor och stå 2 personer och så fick de 2 andra gå upp för trapporna :) Rent och inget att klaga på.

Perfect location for station & metro. We had a family room (no 52) and was very spacious which is unusual in Paris. 1 double bed in 1croom and double & single in other room and a balcony all around. It is a basic room/hotel but it was clean and just what we needed for a 3 night stay in Paris at an affordable budget. It can be quite noisy as in a busy area but wouldn't expect anything less in a busy city location. It ticked all the boxes of what we needed and would definitely stay again.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la gare de Gare du Nord, ce qui facilite les déplacements. La chambre est spacieuse et offre une belle vue, avec un bon système de chauffage. Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique et accueillant. En revanche, la propreté de la chambre pourrait être améliorée et la salle de bain était un peu sale. Pour utiliser le métro, je recommande de toujours choisir la station Gare du Nord, car l'autre côté peut sembler moins sûr. Por outro lado, a limpeza do quarto poderia ser melhor, e o banheiro estava um pouco sujo. Para quem for utilizar o metrô, recomendo sempre optar pela estação Gare du Nord, pois a área do outro lado pode parecer menos segura.
