The room is clean and the service is good, the breakfast is good but the water runs continuously, and we got a problem with the AC unit, and the receptionist helped us quickly and did everything I could to make our stay amazing.

The location of this hotel is very strategic and close to the tram station so you can easily get into the city centre. We were very impressed with the hotel's clean, well-designed and spacious room. We got a very nice breakfast, with a very wide variety of cuisines. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

We stayed here twice to complete our journey through Europe. It's a welcoming, well-run, modern, and very clean. The spa area is lovely and not charging separately, which is a bonus. Breakfast is well presented and has a great variety of food. Well certainly stay again.

Thank you very much to Hicham the receptionist who always give such an excellent greeting. The hotel was decent and tidy. Although I didn't have time to visit the spa, it appears to be excellent. Maybe I should suggest just one thing, on my morning I forgot my mask and went to the front desk to inquire if they could get me one, but as my Uber was waiting, I didn't have time to go back to my room, and the woman at the front desk questioned me at 0. 80 I mean, were paying more than ex per night, request that a visitor receive a mask. It's not funny, but I can appreciate French rule that may apply.

Overall, a good experience, except for the absence of wifi over the last two days. This incident was also very unfortunate. When I requested a bottle of white chateauneuf du paper, I was given a bottle that had been opened earlier and had been replaced with a broken cork. The waiter served my wife and me a small quantity of wine and left us alone to experiment. The wine was completely oxidized and impossible to imagine. I complained to another waiter to replace the bottle. The first waiter then proceeded to remove the cork before us, but almost pouring some into the glasses that contained the first one! Only when we protested did he deliver us clean glasses, but he still refused to let us taste it. It was near-oxidized yet still drinkable when I finally did. This led me to believe that the first bottle had been rejected by a previous client and that the entire chateaneuf du paper stock should have been returned to the producer.
