Superfriendly and accomodating staff. Location is perfect if you want to stay close to Montmartre og Place de Clichy. Water and soft drinks for free. A saloon where you can hang out if you arrive before check-in, or you have a late flight. Air condition in our room was very good, and came handy in a heat wave. We did not have breakfast as we like to go out, but it looked really nice, and more than enough to choose between.

Weekend stay in Paris (first time). Friendly staff. clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. Great amenities. The tub was a but hard to get in and out of as a short person (especially after the showed when tub went/slippery).

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. They assisted us with transportation and places to eat. Having a hotel with air conditioning was great during such warm weather.

Although the room was small which is typical for European hotels, the bathroom was a nice size and the AC worked perfectly during the heat wave. The front desk was very helpful whether helping you find transportation, suggesting a meal, or just having a friendly conversation. They all spoke some English which helped with communication barriers. The snacks/drinks in the afternoon/evening were a nice bonus! Located in the heart of town so most things were within walking distance.

This was our fourth trip to Paris and our favorite stay. Had everything we needed. The staff was gracious and friendly Being close to 3 Metro Stations made it easy to get in and out of the Montmartre area. We will definitely be back.

The staff was so welcoming, especially Christophe who checked us in, gave us great local food recommendations, and ideas for activities. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 13 nights, and every time we returned "home", we were always warmly welcomed. The room was always neat and tidy, with the in-room drinking water and coffee supplies refreshed every day. The breakfast at Hotel des Arts is fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of choices. I used the exercise room a few times, and it was clean and well cared for like everything else in the hotel. My wife and I were very pleased with our choice to stay there.
