The receptionist on duty when I arrived was pleasant and gave me an upgrade Room was a good size with balcony and view to the lake. The breakfast was minimal and no one there or on reception, so couldn't ask how the drinks machine worked. Excellent location.Central to main shops and lake.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a really spacious room (especially for French standards) on the main street of Evian. 5min walk from the lake. Affordable price. Perhaps the best quality/price option in Evian.

Our room was great and had a perfect view of the lake. The front desk person was friendly and helpful when we had questions. The nearby parking garage felt safe and was convenient.

A very pleasant stay in a very convenient location of Evian. I stayed for a long weekend, and although the room was very nice, and I got a balcony, there was a bit of a stale smell in the bathroom, and although opening a window helped, it was not very handy being it was a bit cold. However the room was very nice, very comfortable and very clean.

Hôtel très bien situé, tout près du centre mais en même temps dans une rue assez calme. Les chambres sont toute neuves et très propres. Le staff est très gentil et professionnel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est standard mais il y a au moins du vrai café! Un très bon établissement 3 étoiles.

Accueil très chaleureux. Personnel attentionné et serviable. Petit problème de chauffage mais on nous amené un chauffage d'appoint qui a fait l'affaire. Porte de douche pas assez large, du coup la salle de bain se transforme un peu en piscine mais très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Merci pour tout
