This place is stylish, in a good location, and with friendly staff, this place has stylish decor, breakfast and cocktails with affordable prices. No restaurant in the area, but it's plentiful and comfortable.

The location of this hotel is close to the harbour. But the service is not good. We got breakfast in a peaceful garden which is very convenient.

Overall a stunning hotel with charm and character. We had a wonderful time in La Chaplain. It was in high season in the middle of August, but the hotel was peaceful in a quiet area near Place Veneta and a few steps from the park. We loved the hotel garden, which had plenty of seating and was the perfect place to relax in the evening with a drink from the reasonably priced bar. The location was excellent. Far enough from the main centre to be peaceful, but only a 5-10 minute walk from the wonderful indoor market, many cafes and restaurants, and the old port. The staff was lovely and very helpful if we needed anything, including advice on where to eat, where to buy, and other services. The rooms are very nicely furnished and have comfortable beds. The standard double was quite small but good value. If you want more space, Id advise paying a little more for the superior room.

We will remain here the next time we visit La Michelle. Since I found this hotel on Trip Advisor, I had been looking forward to staying there. It resembles a particular hotel. We reserved a suite, and we adored the spaces beauty. Classical architecture and contemporary accents. There is space in the space as a table and chairs could have been used, and the main bedroom could have used another armchair and the entire salon area could have been reconfigured because it wasnt very practical. The area might have used a table and chairs instead. A candle with the hotels wonderful fragrance was sent to us for the entire lengthy stay. It was lovely. As rituals tend to smell strongly industrial and chemical, Id like to see them use a different brand of toiletries. Breakfast on the first Tuesday we remained was the best because it offered a wide variety, I assume due to the Sunday brunch the previous day. There were oysters on that day. The breakfast options declined as the week progressed. Nonetheless, it was a terrific brunch. The reception, the bar, and the petite provided all excellent service. We were quite pampered.

This place has an excellent location. The hotel was decorated with care while retaining the hotel's original elegance in the dining and living areas. The bedroom was stylish and modern. Besides that, the garden was a wonderful location to enjoy a drink. The employees were helpful and friendly.
