Two structures make up the motel. The majority of the rooms are decent and have character. Beware of eating there. The mattresses, though, are not new mattresses because it is a twostar hotel. Nevertheless, it's very great and pleasant overall. Excellent location. Those who rub the landlady incorrectly can receive extremely unpleasant service. Parking is not far away, but it is public city parking. Bikers may park their bikes freely in a small storage area belonging to the hotel. Up until 2015, I remained there for four consecutive years and the food is overwhelmingly horrible, awful, and nauseous. Im not suggesting eating there, however, because its now terrible. We had fish and meat. The tiny piece of fish was so overcooked that it resembled a piece of wood. All at price that will make your eyes water. The meat appeared to have been taken up from a slaughterhouse and heated for three minutes in stale oil. Both fish and meat had terrible flavors. We were unable to eat that dinner. A really pleasant restaurant that will cost 10 more stays across the hotel, but youll leave with a firstrate culinary experience in a fantastic setting and friendly service. Ill stay there again for the reasonably priced rooms, but I will never have to eat there again, even breakfast.

We had lunch outside and looked out over the small river that runs through the town. The food was delicious, with the best service that I ever had. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

The employees work really hard, especially at night, so they may have been rude reading reviews on other websites. It wasn't the case, but despite my best French, they didn't respond in English hum! The room was fantastic and comfortable with the ideal bed I've slept in since going on vacation for many a year but quite expensive. Other hotel guests enjoyed the pool, and the back-of-house annex is beautifully designed in an old-world French manner with some odd details here and there. There is excellent parking for motorcycles there, and mine went out every night, but there is also parking nearby down the street. Due to the size of the village, there is a communal parking lot, which is not convenient for moving luggage or other items between hotel and vehicle.
