This location, which is close to the train station and convenient, is the modern hotel. The room here was comfortable and clean, some of which overlooked the paved park across the street. The check-in and check-out procedures were followed properly, and the receptionist was prompt and helpful. The meal included a small bar with alcoholic and soft drinks, which makes for a comfortable setting.

The room is ready for immediate use. The room is clean and overlooks Station Square. The shower is spacious and clean. Hot water is available instantly. All floors are serviced by a lift. Parking is available right outside, but limited. There is a public car park right opposite, both locations are pay for display. Breakfast was a little pricey, but there is a real lack of choice outside the hotel. Breakfast was a continental buffet style, nice and fresh. Very close to the city centre I suppose the real test would be I stay again. Definitely good value for the money and convenient.

I stayed on the third floor in mid august for 3 nights to see the nearby Vim ridge monument. The staff was extremely welcoming and quickly settled me, and when necessary they had a good variety of taxis they were able to call the one I ended up using was Artis taxi, completely impressed. Knowledgeable and respectful. My room was clean with two single beds pushed together. Not a big deal as I was traveling alone. The bathroom appeared to have recently undergone remodeling. The tub was a bit of a step, so if you have mobility problems, it may be a problem, and a glass curtain covering half of the tub which made showers a little odd to try to keep water from splashing out. The beds only had duvets, which was too hot or too cold for the summer month I was there. Breakfast was a decent spread of good cup coffee, freshly squeezed orange grapefruit juice, a variety of cheeses, yogurts, breads and some cereals I recall. Overall, I would have liked some sheets under the duvet and the mattress was a bit stiff, but I have my youth and it wasnt a huge inconvenience. The location is great near the train station and near arras sites, the price was reasonable given the amount provided, the staff was very helpful and friendly with excellent English if that is a concern for anyone

We stayed for two nights. The room was spacious and clean despite being relatively basic and with no air conditioning, the shower was great and the bed was large and comfortable. At this price range, you are aware that the building is a little older and older. It is close to the main squares of the old town and a short walk from the train station. But the location is very quiet and we had two good nights sleep. There was plenty of free overnight and weekends parking out front of the hotel and it was only four euros per day for parking the car. The hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. I only have two negative things, the drainage smell on the streets around the building is not something I think the hotel could do anything about. Breakfast, which consisted of orange juice and tea, a very limited fruit, a piece of cheese, toast, and a small pastry at twelve euros. Overall, a good budget choice.

I went to arras for the christmas market and got a decent deal for a group of four. The hotel is close to town, walking distance is just a few minutes. Outside parking is provided, but parking is paid for by the vendor, and there are dedicated free disabled parking spaces. Access for people with disabilities appeared to be fine, and there was a lift to the top floors. The reception staff was extremely friendly and friendly. The room had an en suite bathroom, a comfy bed, and a nice and clean view of station square. Breakfast was priced reasonably and served as a continental breakfast buffet. Cheese, meats, sweet croissants, and cheese. Oh, and the optional yoghurt. No need to bring your own pig tips for breakfast because it is decent. If I were in the area again, I would use the acid test.
