As part of a driving tour, we spent two nights here. The fact that the parking lot is directly in the heart of the pedestrian-filled old town is unquestionably quite convenient for car drivers because it is on the ground with continuous access and that the hotel is tucked away in the middle of the pedestrian-infested old town makes it incredibly convenient. The newly renovated reception area of the hotel is very fashionable and modern. Despite being modest, the rooms are useful and include everything you need, including a decent shower, toilet, tea, and coffee. We stayed on a small balcony overlooking the tiny street that leads to the door. There is a parking garage as well as bar service at the hotel. Although there is no restaurant, the proximity to the downtown eateries means that this is irrelevant. We had brunch here, which included a decent selection of cheeses, meats, cereal pastries, and cooked eggs.

We've stayed in Troyes many times before, and we've always preferred to stay in hotels that were more expensive. We decided to try this great boutique hotel after stumbled upon it. Great with helpful employees, best of all for us traveling by car an extensive underground parking lot that leads to the hotel, and good value for 11 euros per day. Outside the hotel, turn right or left in the narrow streets, and there are no cars at all. A wide variety of bars and restaurants, perfectly perfect.. I appreciate it..

A very accommodating front desk staff. I had a very simple problem finding a parking space beneath the hotel, as well as an elevator to the front desk. Even though the room is tiny, it is well-furnished. Excellent wifi. Although no major issue, the curtains prevented sunlight from being transmitted from the outside street lamp. Lots of lovely old buildings to be seen right in the heart of the old city, including the church where Henry Ith was married. There are many restaurant options that offer reasonable costs. Excellent breakfast. 155 euros were charged for two meals for one night and two rooms for overnight parking when we return to Troyes. Strongly urged.

The decoration in this hotel is very nice, but the double bed is a bit small. The location is facing the road, this hotel is nice, but you can hear the noise from the neighbor and the street, but it is also very warm. I love the hotel staff who are very helpful.

I would definitely stay here again. My wife, 8 year old daughter and I just stayed for 1 night on a roar trip to Bosnia. The hotel had parking and it was in the center of the city with a lot of street culture. Staff, facilities and rooms were all wonderful.
