We had a good experience when staying here, especially when we want to go shopping for cheap alcohol at weekend with the local petanque club, which is helpful in visiting coat and wonderful countryside and views of the rune. We have a nice and friendly staff, a clean hotel that is very pleasant and a decent price when visiting the region.

Hotel Bonnet in Frances Basque Region, close to the It village, is the ideal location for family trips. The charming bonnet family runs the hotel, which has about 70 rooms in the main building, a restored heritage structure near for banquets and conferences, and is tidy and wellkept. The area is bordered by charming villages that are ideal for visiting markets, antique hunting, and sampling the delicious, regional fare. The vicinity is surrounded by picturesque villages, at the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains, at about 10 minutes drive from Stjeandeluz, which has wonderful beaches. There is a lot to explore nearby, including climbing, golf, swimming and surfing, ziplining at the nearby lake, village fairs, shopping, museums, and numerous activities. Try to watch a jaialai game, which is claimed to be the most fast game on earth. Try to attend a game of jaialai which is billed to be the fastest on the earth!.

After a lengthy trip from Spain across the Pyrenees, we arrived at the hotel bonnet for three nights, and I nearly walked out. The receptionist was always pleasant, however, the lift doors were covered in grease, presumably from strangers, and the broken light fixture clearly hadn't been cleaned in years, yuk! Bad start and worse in daylight overtime you got in. It is a two-star hotel, and the room was very basic and stuffy, but at least it was clean. Outside the south facing rooms with a pleasant view of la rane, which I requested, is a sleeping police officer in a busy street. You can expect to hear heavy lorries crashing gears and lumbering past from 06.30 and scooters and bikes revving over the bump until late. The lift put us off having breakfast at the hotel until the day of our departure, which was a wise decision. It was a bit like a work shop in a 1950 s factory, and the cleaning lady, who could not use the term waitress, schlepped a noisy trolley around to pick up the dirties and dump the waste food in a slop bowl on the top of the trolley next to your elbow while you ate.
